I've never seen a more hard working employee now store manager she has worked through two whole pregnancies and put up with sexist comments and being over worked now being store manager that was never trained is being set up to fail while a male store manager is set up with new stores and wonderful opportunities this is seen a lot in this world women who fight to grow in their career and companies who keep than down and treat them like dirt a woman who has given her all and puts in vacation and still obligated to work the whole vacation cause corporate heads can care less of the people everyday off working and still manages to wake up and be proud to work there worst of all no kind of help is provided to help the one person who works to no attention to details just papers and numbers chad may need some lessons in learning to help the stores give store managers not just one but all good management team training and fair pay a woman is not worth less than a man especially one who gives this company the majority of her life and only gets paid a 40 hour salary I would wish to continue but I'll save the rest for a bigger purpose in the future
