Hair Club For Men - Stealing from my checking account

I have been a customer of Hair Club from men for about 35 years, starting in NY center when it was under Sy Sperling.
Now for the last 19 years my center is Las Vegas, NV.
I have the bronze membership, $ 289 per week that's a, amount of money that those days i can use for mortgage, food and bills during the pandemic of, Covi 19.

My last Salon visit was on February 8th. 2020, my next Salon supposed to be March 21st. 2020, but a couple of days prior, the Center closed because of Covi 19, that's fine, have no problem with that, also, my work place (like many others) close, so, NO IMCOME. The next Salon visit was supposed to be, April 18th. 2020, of course center was closed, the next one supposed to be May 30th., salon was already open since May 15th. (according to their web site) but i was never called, i called the Center on May 27 a few times before someone answer the phone and they told me that i was schedule for May 30th.( the same day that i was to have my next Salon visit) Saturday at 8:00 am (lucky i called because if i haven't call
provably i will have missed the appointment for that day).
I arrived at the center15 minutes early, and everyone was waiting, out side the building, the building lost power and nobody was able to get inside the building because
you need to enter a code on the entry lock for the doors to open, they told all of us that they will call on Tuesday (the Center is closed Sundays and Mondays) to schedule, since nobody called i called and left a message, letting then know that it has been 16 weeks since i was there and that it was time for me to have a very long due service. They called me and scheduled for June 2nd. at :12.45 pm.

Now, every 1st. of the month for the last 4 months they have withdraw from my Checking account $ 289.00, money that they have no right to withdraw because the center didn't give the scheduled services.
For what i can see, we the customers are the ones that have to suffer, but Hair Club, don't give a f**k, about people loosing their jobs, or not been able to pay their Mortgages, or put food on the table for their families!.
Yes, as long as the Company makes their money, they don't care about their faithful Customers.
I hear that i am not the only one, but hundred if not thousands !.
Wee all need that money back, just because we give then permission to withdraw a certain amount of money from our Checking, or Credit card, they can't clean us, of OUR money.

I am so very disappointed with this Company.
