2/17/23 was 1 month after having a hair transplant so I needed my hair cut, colored and highlighted. She told me she didn't have time to do highlights but would cover my roots keeping the highlights I had and cut it for me. When she washed out the product my hair was pink and red purple. She had to put a really dark brown on to cover it. Then it was a dark almost black color. It looked horrible. She then cut it with uneven sides, holes and missed the sideburns all together. I called the following week to get it fixed. Went in on the 23rd. A different woman put highlights in and when she washed it out my hair was ORANGE. I almost started crying. She put tonner on washed it then it was burnt orange. Then she had to put color over all of it again and said I would have to do highlights later cause of damage. She then started "blending the bad hair cut". She had to cut it so short to fix it she even had to shave my neck which I had never had to do cause I don't like it that short. She did blend it but missed one of my sideburns this time. They tried to charge me $90 + for highlights and I asked her if she saw any highlights in my hair. They gave me 50% off. I would like to remind you I had hair transplants 1 month earlier so after that visit and 5 different products put on my hair and washing it 5 times my head was so sore. I was in pain hated my hair color and my hair cut. I thought the Hair Club personnel were professionals. Please help me understand how this could happen and is all those treatments going to damage the $9000.00 hair transplants I had just paid for.
Desired outcome: I want answers. Does this happen to all your customers or was it just bad days for 2 different hair stylists. I want my hair fixed but now I have to wait 3 months before I can have the right colors put on it.
