System fights you when you try to speak to a banker, as of course you are aware.
If ou get to a menu eventually that offers "speak to a banker" and press zero aqs told you are dumped back into the automated system... Eventually I could get to a banker after about 10 minutes of unending attempts to block me from a live banker. at 9906 Glades Rd. Boca Raton, FL 33434.
I will be closing my account after several, decades, as there are a bunch of smaller banks in my neighborhood.

Desired outcome: Don't be foolish. Most customers will see what you are doing if they need to speak to a banker.I need gto learn of the store near to the bank, but that's not possible if you can't reach a banker.
