I shop at this store about 2-3 times a day as I work up the street and normally it’s amazing! I’m not usually one to even complain but the customer service I received this morning was terrible! I was grabbing eventful drinks and paying for a online order and the employee by the name of jada was down right nasty! Throwing my drinks (in a can I may add) into the bag super hard and when I asked if she got my online barcode she had the worst attitude and days of course I did! I was supposed to make another purchase of something from behind the counter but I wasn’t even comfortable asking so I just skipped it. It’s early and we are already having to go to work on a Sunday so we aren’t happy either. If you have to be nasty to people you probably should find a Different field to work in.
Happens Sunday 4-24-22 sometime between 7:50 and and 8am
Desired outcome: Maybe some extra training on how to treat her customers when they come in.

Update! It’s getting so bad a customer actually apologized to me for the way the cashier treated me today! She does it to me every single time she’s there and will treat the next customer amazing calling them before I can even grab my stuff. Clearly wawa doesn’t really care about customer service but this is down right disrespectful and disgusting how I’m being treated for no reason at all.
