American Signature Furniture - Customer service

I was shopping at your Brandon Florida store and purchased a 1500 sectional. I paid for the furniture only to check the receipt soon afterwards and find several charges on the sectional were added. a total of 329.00 for ins and delivery that I said NO to the scratch tear warranty and sales said to front door delivery was not charged. This was intentional and as to the delivery date sales said it was going to be shipped out of the warehouse. Delivery date 12-15 that's not the warehouse. I was misled, lied to and almost taken advantage of. I will never shop there again, and I will let everyone that I know what down and dirty tricks were played by the salesperson in charge. I have lived in Brandon/Valrico area for 45 years and know lots of people. This is how you operate? what a terrible experience and waste of my time. Next time maybe you need a smarter sales manager to pull this on people. The manager never said sorry or anything. I will let people know what happened. Is ASF that bad of shape to implement such borderline criminal sales tactics? if not you need to check your salespeople in Brandon. A Spanish woman late 20's early 30's the one I speak of in charge of the final paperwork, she is a con person period. Good luck

Almost taken advantage of. I will never shop there again. Too much to type and that should say it all

American Signature Furniture - Furniture delivery

Ordered furniture furniture 11/9/2020 and given 1/26/21 delivery date. We made $500 down payment and were told remaining balance was due upon delivery.Contacted store 1/16/2021 to confirm delivery date and told order was cancelled because order was not paid in full. Management offered no solution aside from refund of $500 or reorder furniture with 2/23/2021 delivery date.

We decided to place order for furniture and only partial delivery of furniture was made and email stating remained would be delivered 3/4/2021. Received another email 2/26/2021 stating furniture would now be delivered 5/21/2021. Checked delivery status 3/12/2021 and now it says delivery date unknown. Called store and am told they can guarantee delivery date now. Spoke to manager and only solution they gave is to charge us another delivery fee to pick up partially delivered furniture for a refund or said indefinitely for remainder of furniture to arrive.

Desired outcome: I would like delivery of remaining furniture ASAP or guaranteed delivery date within 30 days and refund of delivery fees
