Cracker Barrel - Richardo Morales

To All concerned,
I am filing a formal complaint against Richardo Morales Gm of Cracker Barrel 535. I have all employee counseling reports including my comments. Mr Morales has no people skills unless it is convient for him to use them. If you are targeted my Mr Morales you are in for the ride of your life. As per first write up and comments made by retail employee 3-03-11 during her melt down she was 100% correct 9I have paper work)
This man may be a benifit to Cracker Barrels bottom line ($) but he is no benefit to certain employee's and your reputation as a friendly people pleasing Corp.
People value their jogs and fear losing them in the economic timeso they fear to say anything resulting in conquences of job lose. If this man grew horns and had fire coming from his mouth people would still deal wiyh it.
I will not allow to speak to me in the manner Richardo has. When I told him that he proceeded to tell me he has managers that detest, distain, or dread, cashing me out due to errors and too much time taken. He was speaking of himself and Ellie and I had not been aware of any others. John cashed me out that day %/31/11 and when he gave Richardo the thumbs up sing that all was correct if looks could have killed by Richardo I woul be dead and buried. Please inform me that Richardo used appropreite behavior by telling me that managers detest, distain, or dread cashing me out? It was one of those "D" words can't remember which one exactly. Today Bobby cashed me out and there was an error, some unresolvable error that he could not figure out. All receipts were there and accounted for and in order. Come on seriously? There is no winnig here and I am doomed to be terminated and I accept it. however it will not end there I will take this as far as I have to. I am not dropping this matter. I do not need Cracker Barrel to survive and have contacted an atterney.
During our discussion (debate) yesterday 6/01/11 Richardo was talking over me and I said "you are good" and his reply was "yes I am" and I replied "no I mean you are really good" his reply was "I Know" He is completely aware of his manipulative skills and how to get around every issue.

once again the day John cashed me out was 5/31/2011 going on very little sleep here.

Sorry for type o's the first complaint was 5/3/2011 and the employee involved was retail "Kim" she was terminated on Mothers day. Her statements during her melt down were 100% correct. The day John cashed me out was 6/01/2011.

I 110% agree that Ricardo is a horrible manager/person. He does not care about the people that work for him or even the company he works for. He is not suitable to be a manager due to the fact that he lacks the basic manners or ways to speak to people. And to WGAS, I do not think you have met Ricardo because of what you have written. This has gone to Corporate before and they decided to give him a warning on the way he treats his guest and employees. Corporate does however need to be called back and let know that this problem does continue that see what they do about it. I also disagree with how you are saying that she is not doing her job correctly because I have worked with Christine before and she does exactly what she is there to do and ALSO has respect for the people and guest that she encounters at Cracker Barrel. Ricardo has also broke many health code rules and Corporate rules along the way. For example, taking serving trays and throwing them on to the ground (some of which have hit his employees on the way down). He no longer needs to hold a job being the manager of Cracker Barrel and needs to get a job where he has NO HUMAN CONTACT. I stand by whatever you do and am here if you need me. People at the store have my number so feel free to call if you need anything.

In your break room, there shouldbe a card for Employee relations, they can give you all the info you need. Are you still there?
