I am writing review to address the persistent and unjust billing practices of TeamViewer, an online service platform. Despite my explicit request to cancel the subscription and halt auto-renewal, TeamViewer unilaterally renewed my subscription on September 9, 2023, against my wishes. I took proactive measures, reaching out to them via email on August 31, 2023, clearly stating my desire to terminate the subscription and discontinue any auto-renewal services. Additionally, I instructed my bank to reject any charges from TeamViewer to avoid any unauthorized transactions. Despite these measures, I have now received a letter from a collection agency, demanding payment for the upcoming year's renewal service, which I have adamantly refused to utilize. Today, on November 6, 2023, I reluctantly made a payment to the TeamViewer to avoid incurring additional fees, court expenses, and interest, as per collection agency warning. I felt compelled to do so as I was uncertain about where to seek assistance in this matter. My primary concern was to prevent any adverse effects on my credit and my business. For your reference, I used my email address, [protected]@gmail.com, to create the TeamViewer account. I have attached my email correspondence with TeamViewer, final pay with reference and collection letter for your review and consideration. Thank you.
