We are writing to express our grave disappointment with the timeshare company that misled us into purchasing a timeshare. This company made a number of bold claims and promises that enticed us to make what has turned out to be a very bad investment. We were promised that the timeshare would pay for itself and generate income while also giving us unlimited access to vacations at any time and at any location. But in reality, these promises were nothing more than deceptive tactics used to get us to buy into this deal.

From the very beginning, we have struggled to make use of this timeshare. Despite numerous efforts to book vacations to the destinations we wanted to visit, we have been repeatedly thwarted by a lack of availability. Time after time, we have been told that the dates we want are simply not available or that the locations we are interested in are not included in our package. This is in stark contrast to what we were told when we purchased the timeshare, and it has left us feeling frustrated and defeated.

We feel that we have been targeted and duped by this timeshare company and that they deliberately withheld critical information about how this process works. There were a number of important details that were left out during the sales pitch, including the fact that this timeshare would be subject to blackout dates and limited availability. We were also not informed about the exorbitant fees and additional costs that would be associated with this timeshare, further exacerbating our disappointment.

We're sorry we ever got involved with this and we want out.

We are writing to get the word out about our frustration with the unethical and unfair business practices of Exploria Resorts. We are not proud of the way we were pressured into signing the contract for this timeshare and we would like to make others aware of our experience. My sister and I were shown the best accommodations that the resort had to offer, only to find out later that we were not eligible for them. This was a clear case of false representation that ultimately led us to become owners of a timeshare that we did not want. It is unacceptable that the sales representatives would use such deceitful tactics to pressure us into a purchase. To make matters worse, the sales representatives displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by openly speculating about the nature of our relationship. They even made a bet amongst themselves to see if we were a couple. This was a gross intrusion into our private lives and further evidenced the deceptive nature of their sales practices. It didn't seem to bother them much when they discovered we knew about their bet. We attempted to rectify the situation and reach out to the company on numerous occasions, but their lack of willingness to help has been incredibly frustrating. Their member service representative even confirmed that these types of practices were standard within the company. We were told that the sales team intentionally shows luxury accommodations knowing that the majority of owners will never use them. This is a blatant attempt to deceive and pressure customers into purchasing a more expensive timeshare. This is not a company you want to do business with.

Let it be known that we are requesting the termination of our timeshare contract with Exploria Resorts. Despite our attempts to resolve our issues with your representatives, we have been met with a staggering amount of resistance and disregard. We demand accountability for the way our timeshare ownership has been mishandled and misrepresented to us. t is unacceptable that we have had to endure years of frustration and financial loss due to your company's negligence and deceit. We were promised a wise investment and a luxurious vacation experience, but what we received was a nightmare of hidden costs and false promises. It is clear to us now that we have been scammed, and it is time for those responsible to take responsibility and make it right. We have made every effort to use our timeshare in the past, but it has proved impossible. The availability of reservations has been limited, and the quality of the accommodations has been subpar. We have ended up spending more money on maintenance fees and other costs than we ever imagined. As a result, the timeshare has become a financial burden and a constant stress. We are not willing to keep paying for something that has given us nothing but trouble and heartache. We cannot afford to keep losing money on a product that fails to meet our expectations. We ask that you respect our request for termination and release us from any further obligations.
