I bought furniture at the Clermont Rooms To Go. It was delivered on Thursday, February.10. There are some imperfections in both pieces. I have called the store and the 1800 customer service number. I was told a manager would call me back, no one has!
I think it is unprofessional to be told someone will call you and then never get a call back. I guess Rooms To Go only cares about making money. Once the customer leaves the store after making a purchase, RTG say so long, sucker.
I have posted my experience on Facebook. I will tell my friends that RTG Does not care about post sale customer service!
Desired outcome: I would like to have someone come out and look at the furniture and see about getting new pieces that are not flawed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
