Delivery of my Bed M7 over 4000 dollars and installed in 10 minutes, which was already assembled before getting to my house, plastic was removed outside my home front door and noticed plastic was taped, sign that this may be used bed.
After inspecting bed I found cover to be sagging and asked delivery to take it back, got on phone with customer service and was told to inflate to 100 psi. Delivery driver left before I finished phone conversation. Made no difference. I told them I want new replacement bed not refurbished bed. Wasn’t in home for 10 minutes will not except replacement parts to fix what should have been perfect bed. Called store and showed video and pictures and they assured promised me a new bed with in a couple of days, after waiting to hear from regional manager that same day it was delivered (never happened) I called customer service again, they refuse to take back bed for new exchange and said I’m liable for shipping. That is unacceptable as I complained on day of delivery and they wouldn’t take it back after defective workmanship. The bed in store was perfectly tight. Mr paul was horrible and his attitude and made me feel like oh well too bad, you’re stuck with junk. Almost with a laughable demeanor. Terrible customer person to have working there.
Desired outcome: Replace bed with new one that’s not defective ,Pretty simple . Not asking for anything for wasting my whole day and time . But to say you’re going to replace all the materials is like refurbishing the bed not exceptable .
