I am a long time customer and pay a lot of money to this place, not to be disrespected by the people that work at this location. When I go into to pick up glasses I don't expect my customer rep to be a complete [censored] about the pick up.. The attitude the rudeness, is just not acceptable... I will sooner start taken business elsewhere then go back to this location if they can't hire respectable employees!

Today, I went to the Burlington location to pick up my glasses. The lady made me wait half an hour to pick them up for no reason. She was not really helping the other customers with their selection. Her behavior is unacceptable. She could have told the other customers that she will take care of getting my glasses and be right back in 5 minutes while they look over the selection of glasses on display. But instead, she chose to make me wait unnecessarily. Why should I spend so much money there only to be treated so poorly?
