I will try to make this short. I have been going into CVS for a very long time. Yesterday I went into the store to find the things in the advertised flier not to be in the store. I am still waiting for the Libby Pumpkin to come into the store (10 for 10.00) and it still has not come in. So to my disappointment, I had to pick up one thing that was there I needed and I had to wait forever. The problem was that there was only one checkout going and then the manager (Paul) had come to open another lane. Then the lady in front of me was checking out and the sales clerk couldn't get something to scan right so he told the manager several times (6) that it wasn't ringing up right. The manager would not come to help with the problem. When I told him that he needed to explain to the customers, HE was ringing up, that he will be back in just a moment and then take care of the problem this lady was having. He so rudely yelled back at me and said that he had to take care of his line first. This lady was there for a very long time and finally she asked for her money back and she was going elsewhere. The manager never said I'm sorry or nothing. He could care less. They lossed around $70.00 worth with that lady's transaction. Plus a lot more people said they will not ever go back to that store. I asked the clerk who the Manager's name is and he said Paul. He didn't know what his last name was because he was just put into that store. I think you need to have better managers because for some reason, that store has a lot of turn overs. But this one here takes the cake. He is very, very, VERY, rude. I will not go back there. :(

Cvs gave me wrong dosage of suboxone 8 mg. Got vary sick, could not breath and almost past out.
maybe he came off as rude because he doesn't appreciate customers trying to tell him how to do his job?
