1. CVS corporate needs to know customers are leaving CVS, including me, basic problems? CVS pharmacy no longer answers our phone calls! To leave a message and wait for someone to call back is NOT keeping your customers. I am now very happy with Walgreens. The transition was very easy; Walgreens did it for us.
2. On top of it, today, we realized the CVS Minute Clinic has left California! We called Minute Clinic today, and they said they have shut down all Minute Clinic locations in California. We used to go to this Walnut Creek location for vaccination because the staff there at Minute Clinic were still medically professional.
3. And worse, the online Minute Clinic (without letting us know the Minute Clinic is gone) scheduled us for the vaccination appointment at the CVS pharmacy.
4. More worse, we later found out this pharmacy actually does NOT have the vaccine! How bad can they get? I would not send my family to CVS for vaccination when they cannot even do these basics.
