a refund coupon
You sent me a coupon for $4 in the mail. I never had any trouble cashing it with the required purchase. Today CVS would not take it. After a lot of wasting my time the only excuse they gaveme is the number on the coupon did not match that of the number on my CVS card. That's funny. because I had another coupon sent with the same $4 off coupon and they took it. Anyway my card number is487-[protected]. CVS toldmethe number on the card is EC#5492. I don't think that is even a card number. Since I am a regular customer of CVS I would appreciate ifyou correct whatever the misunderstanding is and send me another $4 coupon that will be accepted. Thank you. Irene Wehan
rude employees/ products out of stock/refills not fulfilled
I am disabled...Every time we go to drive thru my Rx I called in is never ready...she said can't be filled even when bottle says it has refills...she doesn't listen..very RUDE...Pain medication never in stock...Way too many texts and calls even though I have told them several times to stop... Your employee s could use a class in courtesy to the customer..!
customer service
I was in Asheville NC and went to ther Cvs store on Smokey Park Highway and when I entered the store I could hear complaining from management about one of their vendors. The were very disrespectful and rude to talk about this person in public. I asked one of the employees where a product was and they were rude and ignored me. This will be my last visit to this store if I am there again. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.
pharmacy technician
I wanted to submit a complaint on pharmacy technician "Stephanie" located at the Farmville Va CVS. I came in to pick up my prescriptions and received attitude as soon as I started speaking. She huffed & rolled her eyes at me when I told her I was coming from the clinic next door and wasn't sure if the prescription had gone threw yet, being that I had just left. Apparently I was giving her unnecessary information because she cut me short by blowing & saying with an attitude, "What is your name?" While rolling her eyes. She typed in something & walked away still huffing and never said anything. Someone else proceeded to help me. People are sick coming in there to pick up medicine and do not want to deal with rude unpleasant workers. Especially when sick. I work in healthcare and everyone has bad days but you don't act like that when dealing with the public especially when it was not at all necessary.
show tours and more
We saw the sign outside of your Store for the Grand Canyon- we went in and spoke with Maria. We told her we planning a trip on Monday June 18- and we would be renting a car to go. She then started telling us why it would be better to go on the Tour. She stated the Tour would stop at Hoover Dam and drop us off at the Grand Canyon and there is hop on hop off buses we can use to move around the Canyon. Making it seem like we can make a whole day out of the tour.
She sold us at the price of $144 which she stated is the cost of the tour which includes breakfast and lunch. She said if we go by car we would have to pay 89.99 each when we get to the Canyon (which that was a lie, the 89.99 is for the west side which was not even included on this tour)
As we were on the bus and started talking to others, we found out the Grand Canyon Tour Company had a special for $69.99 which almost everyone on our bus paid. We were LIVID at this time. I called CVS and asked to speak with someone in Show Tours. The lady was extremely rude and stated she would find out who I worked with to book my tour. Maria then texted me and I expressed my concerns with the price. She basically stated there is nothing she can do and we were told that was the price.
The next day, Tuesday June 19, 2018 we went back to the store and got into a yelling debate with all staff members in CVS about them giving us the $70 they charged us at CVS. The balance we had to pay at Grand Canyon Tours location before we got on the bus. Maria, stated they didn't even know the company was offering a discount and I told her they should know if their partners and they should honor that price. They continued to argue that we will not be getting the $70 back that was charged at CVS. They told us we had to Speak with Dan at the Grand Canyon Company for our $70 - we call the number they provided and we spoke to someone there who stated they are not responsible for our money but Show Tours would have to give it us and Show Tour Refuses too.
We are ok with what we paid at the Grand Canyon Tour facility ($74) but I will not have a fraud company stealing $70 from 4 girls and get away with it. CVS should not allow third party vendors to work doing scams like this.
Our trip was horrible, the bus picked us up at 6:20 am - and we didn't get to the Grand Canyon till 1:40pm and the guide dropped us off then stated he would be back in an hour. When he came back, he dropped us off at the shopping location for 1 hour and half, total of 2 and half hours. We did not get home till close to 10 pm. This was so horrible, a whole day wasted on a bus when we should of stick to our original plan which would have been way cheaper for the 4 of us. Now we are out a total of $280.00 because CVS workers took us for suckers.

store manager, asset protection and district manager
Joe, the Asset Protection District Manager, and Riddhi, the District Manager are both new, and they are legit psychopaths. I'm feeling the effect of how they mistreated me and I don't have the patience to fully explain the whole situation, but I know that what they did to me is wrong. Joe is like a condescending, self-projecting bad cop who lives on power trips and stating things without any actual proof or evidence, in order to intimidate and bully. Riddhi is an out of touch, impersonal and insincere ex pharmacist who expects people to be robots, but thinks she deserves to be shown compassion and understanding. The store manager Vinnie, is almost like a tree blowing in the wind of whatever direction will best serve him. He doesn't stand up for his employees, he lets them be steam-rolled because he is afraid of what will happen to him. He also doesn't exactly manage very well, making sure that everyone knows explicitly CVS's myriad of policies, one of which I personally know goes against their (lack of current and appropriate) technology and a lack of having a store card, one that most other modern retailers have, in case the customer doesn't want or can't (an email is required for an ExtraCare card and some people don't have one) sign up for one in order to get the store savings on items.
Something needs to change as far as this area (to my knowledge, but it's probably all over)with not just the store managers and their lack of actual training and maturity, but the district managers/asset protection, etc at that level as well. Like I mentioned above, Joe never actually showed concrete proof of what he was accusing me of, saying he knew my intention, or that he knew what I said to customers without having audio for the video. He claimed I acted a certain way that I know for a fact I didn't, and I believe it was to persuade me to confess to something I didn't do, so that they could terminate me without giving me unemployment. He made several weird and out of place remarks about my hand-writing, that written down read like a compliment, but the tone and atmosphere he said it in didn't feel like one. He also joked that "we're not saying you're an axe murderer or something.." which was not only not funny, but considering my past traumas and experiences with being very mistreated and misjudged, that doesn't feel right with me now. It is inappropriate to say to anyone, but someone with my past experiences, especially so as it can trigger very bad emotions and memories. His behavior reeked of paranoia, as he waited for me to get my shirt from the back and stood at the door to watch me leave. Really? To over-react like that for something so minor (even though it wasn't intentional on my part, it was not something major) leaves me with a very bad taste in my mouth so to speak. I don't think CVS will ever succeed if they continue to promote people to authority who clearly have issues and love to power-trip over people. That's my two cents, as I am a good person who will never promote bad, abusive behavior when I have my own business.
Joe was also clueless about who I am as a person, which is funny because as someone whose job it is to properly and quickly assess people, he failed significantly. He was mentioning about pharmacy mistakes due to accidentally miscounting, and I didn't tell him but I have worked for three years as a pharmacy tech and knew about that, but he was talking to me as if I wouldn't know.
pharmacist closing 6/21/18
I had an unbelievable experience at CVS Garden Street Titusville Fl. The internet said they were open till 10.00 pm I was about 40 minutes away to arrive at 8.55 PM too get my medicine I needed terribly. So there was an announcement, the store was closing in four minutes as I approached the window. I saw the pharmacist and stated how much I had hurried hoping he would understand my situation; he stated you can drop it off but I won't fill it. He randomly went too the computer to only criticise me more. He proceeds to ask why didn't you just go too the Merritt Island store? (I have a home pharmacy I thought) And why didn't You fill this last month (my father had a stroke in Michigan) really? He then said I have 34 pills available but you will have to forfit the remainder of the prescription, Really? He was soooo rude I couldn't believe how mean he stated it. I had other filled prescriptions to pick up and he told the check out clerk let's see if they will even ring up now it's 9.02? really. After, I was in my car only too watch him leave in the same car with the pharmacy clerk my daughter had complained too!. How do absolutely horrible people hold such important customer service positions? This overweight middle aged balding man with glasses was so judgmental with an aggressive demeanor, I'm still stunned and disappointed I was treated so badly by him due to closing time.

rude remark
I was returning a item without a receipt which I have none done before and I am a regular customer of CVS at Lindbergh and Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, Mo. I explained to him that I always have a receipt this was the first time I did not, and he proceeded to tell me "well If you continue to do this you will be flagged and you will have a problem", I just stood there, kinda stunned, and told him, I just explained to you I have never done this before and do not plan on doing it again. That statement that came out of his mouth I found to be very rude. It may me wonder why treat a good customer like that, maybe he is not a people person and maybe he should not be behind a counter.
customer service
I recently had a very bad experience at your Fallston MD location with your manager Tara. If this is how your managers treat long time customers I'm planning on taking my business elsewhere. I went in to pick up one piece of cover girl make up and noticed that half of the covergirl make up was on clearance marked down 50% great I'll stock up I grabbed the last three of my Shade on the shelf and the last 2 of my eyeshadow. Get to register none of it rings up correctly neither piece the polite cashier behind the counter says I'll go go check with his scanner he comes back and tells me it's a different Shade not the one I got even though I grabbed all three of them off the peg with the clearance ticket I said okay he scans the eyeshadow same thing does not ring up he goes and checks this one and same thing. At this point I am upset because it's not my mistake that they are in the wrong location or the label is put on the wrong product. No where on the label is the shade written and there were multiple in front of the wrong label. He asks me if I want the manager I said yes please. Tara comes up to the front and as he's explaining to her what happened she interrupted him mid sentence and says yes some shades are marked down. I politely jump in and say half the cover girl wall is marked down and very confusing to a customer to shop if it's only some shads why is the color not on the label and why is it stocked incorrectly. Her response to me was customers move stuff and she won't honor the clearance price. I said a customer will move multiple of the same shade. Her response was I'm not gonna stand here and argue with you. I never raised my voice at her I was just trying to understand how this was my fault and felt as though she should have done something to correct the situation even offer one at the clearance price or even apologize for the inconvenience. Which she never did not once. I am a long time loyal customer at CVS and will take my business to Walgreens if this is how you allow your managers to treat customers. I took pictures of the clearance ticket on the shelf and told her I could show her and she could see how it was confusing and wanted to contact corporate about her service. She wrote the Cvs customer care number down and her name. Horrible customer service skills and not at all what a manager should be
customer service
My family and I had an awful experience with a cashier at our local CVS pharmacy drive thru. The associate was very rude and unprofessional. Her mannerisms towards me were uncalled for. It was around 930 pm. After making us wait for her to assist us, she was short and quick to answer with a smart remark when I asked her a question. Never asked if I had any questions for the pharmacist. At the end of my transaction, she didnt say one word - not thank you, have a nice day or anything. Our total time in the drive thru was 12 minutes.
This was cashier 78 at store 5201 trn 0840
refusal of medicine or to contact my doctor causing harm to me
Hello my name is Brittany Anderson and I am a 34 year old disabled female from Indy. I live in Avon, Indiana and use the CVS on Dan Jones and US 36. Last month my pain doctor had increased my medicine and forgot to change my initial script, which was fine, I thought. So I took home my old script but still started new dose because I was sure I would just get rest once my doctor fixes it like she was to do that day. My doctor fixed it immediately and I call to get it and for at least the past 6 months, I was treated like I was an addict trying to trick them. They treat me like trash every month. This is the 4th time out of 6 months they have caused me to have withdrawls for no reason with no remorse. This time, they say we never got the script to show new dose. Well I call my doctor and she confirms she did. So then I call to fill it and they continue to say they don't have it. I call my doctor back and she puts me on hold, calls CVS, and they were to fill the fix. I never got message saying script is ready so I call again, they now say insurance wont cover it until next month. Even though I kept being talked to badly I tried to explain the script was sent to show it was a mistake and needed 30 extra pills to fix dose. They refused. So over a months time I finally see on my CVS account they did get the new scripts to fix and not only that but I get an email from my doctor saying they never once even sent for a prior authorization for the med to attempt to fill, not once. My doctor tried everything she thinks she could. So I went 9 days without any of my medicine and I take Morphine the extended release 2 times a day then changed to every 8 hours, making it 3 times a day. I could not get out of bed, I could not barely eat, I was sick like I had the flu with a fever, my pain was at a 100+. I should never have to suffer like this. My friend called corporate last month or month before because I went through withdraws for 4 days that time after they kept telling me we don't have a script, treating me like crap. My doctor called them on the 4th day and boom they found the script all a sudden. This has to stop. I cannot even go to Walgreens cause they do not take my insurance. If happens again I am calling Channel 6 news on them. The rest of the meds I take are replacement meds for removing my pituitary gland in my brain, if I ever go without them, I will be dead within 7 days. This is hell. My doctor says her patients call all the time with the same problem and is always cvs. Also, my sister works in healthcare and she sees it daily and has experienced it with them refusing her daughters meds until the doctor calls then all a sudden it appears. Nothing was done with last phone call obviously so it has to this time. I suffered badly for 9 entire days like as if I was an addict on the streets.
pharmacy service
I have been using the CVS on Burbank in Louisiana for almost 2 years. In that time I have had the worst experience. I had a very serious eye infection and needed prescription eye drops ASAP. They told me that they did not have them and I would have to drive to another pharmacy miles away to get them. Meanwhile I was having issues seeing and they told me to drive somewhere further away. I have been getting another script filled there for almost 2 years. Now they tell me they don't have it and no other store carries it. She told me to go somewhere else. I also had an issues with my insulin. This isn't something I can live without and my requests were ignored. I finally called CVS costumer service and the woman "couldn't find" my profile so there was no way for her to verify my information. So I took the pharmacy tech's advice and took my business elsewhere.
complaining about returns goods for an exchange I gave them an id and your register decline the exchange this need to change
Hello my name is d. Delani at 104 round swamp rd, old bethpage. My sc# number is [protected]. I had purchase a hair dye and bought the wrong color. Sure enough I exchange it and show them an id and your receipt said decline. Im only changing the color and you should not need id for an exchange. You end up holding the line up and anything under 10.00 no id. Bc cvs is very busy. So if its a problem I will go else where this is at bellmore ny on bellmore ave. Because im going to report this to the news and the complaint unit. Please fix this becaus I spent lots of money there... I will be waiting for a reply. Thanks please email at [protected]@outlook.com
unprofessional service
I was at the CVS @ Rutherford Crossing, Winchester VA on 6-13-18 at 6:50pm. The lights were off in the pharmacy but the African-American tech said she could still wait on me, it just meant they were closing in 5 minutes. She saw that the prescription was sent from Valley Health Urgent Care next door and asked the Middle Eastern decent pharmacist if she could fill it. She didn't look up, flatly said "NO, we close in 1 minute, they have to go someplace else". I looked at the clock in the pharmacy, then at my phone and the clock in the pharmacy is set 5 minutes fast. I needed to get an antibiotic filled for my daughter who was diagnosed with Strep Throat. The tech said she would transfer the RX to the Amherst Street store and it should be ready for pick up when we arrived. I did some shopping and then arrived at the other pharmacy 30 minutes later. They never received the Rx and actually had to transfer it over themselves. Then had to wait 15-20 minutes for it to be completed. All the while, my daughter who never complains, was crying from the pain.
I have experience this type of treatment before and this is why I have changed to a different pharmacy. I would have used them last night but they were already closed.
I find it very poor customer service that the pharmacist refused to fill our prescription BUT when I walked away I overheard a conversation between another customer and the tech that he HAD to have his Rx immediately and the pharmacist filled his! Secondly, it was ridiculous that the Rx was not transferred to the other store and ready for us when we arrived. I certainly hope you give these 2 ladies training on customer service skills.
pharmacy / never have my important medicine
I started using CVS Pharmacy in Gadsden Ala. On Hoke street in May 2018. On the 1st prescription I needed to be filled they said they were out of it. But had 3 available for me that day and would order it and have it for me the next day. So I go back to pick it up and they said they didn't order enough to fill my prescription and gave me 3 again and said that they'd have it the next day! My home is 27 miles from CVS and I had to go back 3 days in a role to get my entire prescription! So I went to get my medicine yesterday and again they don't have it and said that they have to order it! This is very upsetting considering that I'm without my important medication for 2 days now. This should not happen. Something needs to be done about this ASAP. Please address this very important issue. It would be much appreciated. Thank you for taking my complaint.
medication out of stock
CVS has not had my medication in stock with not only 1 now, but 2 different prescriptions. I just don't understand because these are medicines I take every month, so why are they not in stock when I go to pick it up? This time I am having to wait a week for my medication to come in (when initially they told me it would only be a few days) so that means a week with out my medicine! This is so ridiculous and I am over it. I understand if it was just one time, but it's not! It's been multiple times with 2 different prescriptions! I have to have my medication and this is very very frustrating!
pharmacy
West Lebanon, NH pharmacy is awful. The customer service is horrid! They are all rude, they talk for 5-10 minutes to each other before approaching you at the counter, like you just got there. The Pharmacist himself is included in this, he tries to impress these young techs with his stories about getting drunk/partying, and sexual innuendo. What a horrible couple of experiences I have had.
Not to mention, they need to give you meds too. Good luck with that if you are a transfer from another pharmacy. I have atrial fibrillation and they would not give me my meds for 48 hrs. Okay, I had 4 left still. 10 days later after calling and being hung up on 3 different times.. going in twice, I got my meds. They acted like I was the one who forgot to actually call and get transfer. Luckily, the ER had some. That is where I ended up thanks to their lack of ability to do their jobs.
Yesterday I got a message that ask me If I wanted to refill a prescription. I was unsure which prescription so I called. I told them to refill it an give me what the insurance company would allow. I did not receive a text. I went to the drive through today. A man named Karim waited on me. He said it had not been filled. So, I ask to fill it. He then told me my co-pay was $300. I told him I would not pay that and I wanted the amount the insurance would pay for. He then told me it would be $200. I informed him that I had a prescription fill for 30 a week before and they payed it. He told me I had gotten 4 pills for $19 which was correct I bought them until the insurance would pay for 30 days prescription. He then said I had the wrong insurance in my file. I ask how can that be if I had already had the prescription filled. He would not answer my question. I ask again and again. He said I was screaming. I was angry and frustrated. I was in my car trying to communicate with a man who was not listening to me and every time he responded he was wrong. He walked away and refused to solved the problem. He clearly is a male raised in a culture that suppresses woman and does not allow them expression. If he wasn't such a bumbling fool I would have been satisfied. I sat in the car for 5 minutes until I called the manager. A line was forming behind my car. She immediately took care of my order without confusion but informed me I would have to wait 15 minutes. I parked. and went into the store. One has to wonder if he wasn't trained well enough to read the computer or was he trying to pull something.
harassment by an employee
I'm calling to complain about an employee that works at the location at 680 McCarran Boulevard in Sparks Nevada her name is Tina she works in the evening time. I have lived in this area of Sparks for my entire life and I have always gone to CVS and I spent a lot of money there that's where I going to shop for all of my employees when I'm doing employee functions and I spent a lot of money there . The last couple times I've gone in there in the evening time and employee named Tina the second I walk in she tells me in front of everybody yells across the store no! you need to get out of here you can't be in be in here, you were caught stealing you're not allowed in here. She is extraordinarily rude she's very disrespectful. I have never ever stolen anything in my entire life and I don't know who she is mistaking me with but I told her that she has the wrong person I've never been kicked out of there and I am so angry right now I went to go buy my son candy and medicine because he's sick and she kicks me out again. Her behavior and her actions and the way that she presents herself and represent CVS is unprofessional and disgraceful. This kind of customer care is unacceptable, it's embarrassing for you guys it was embarrassing for me and it's just extraordinarily disappointing. I have never had a problem at CVS I enjoy the store it's one of my favorites but now all I have is a bitter taste in my mouth for it because of a bad employee and her not checking her facts before she goes wrongfully accusing people of such a horrifying thing. I have worked in management for 10 years and I get it people do come in and steal and try to get them to not be in there anymore and to discourage that behavior but I also know that from a business point of view we don't just go shouting out at people and accusing them of being a thief without checking the facts or double-checking somehow someway that they've got the right person.
On the first occasion that this happened it was me and my girlfriend who is the same as me runs her own business never been in trouble a hard-working woman, and Tina the cashier there accused us both of being thieves that have been caught before and kicked us both out. I truly hope that this is dealt with and that there is some sort of procedure put into place or method that is used for them to identify properly the people that they're kicking out because I am just so incredibly disappointed right now at the choice of employees left in the store at night time by themselves with no management to speak with.
pharmacy
I use the pharmacy in Gloversville, NY. For the last three months, my scripts have either not been ready as promised, lost!, or just not done! It is a 25 mile round trip for me to go and get my meds. They have even lost a controlled substance script! Today I went to get my Glipizide script, which the automated call said on Tuesday would be done by today. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of me, I was told my scripts, again, weren't ready...it would be 45 minutes. I was already late for work at this point, so I just left
I called the store to make sure my meds would be ready by tomorrow, no apologies, nothing. I will be calling my Dr. On Monday to move all of my scripts to a more responsible, and efficiently run pharmacy. So sad after nearly 20 years...i wish you luck because you went from 5 stars to a minus 10.. never again!
