Both self service machines were flashing to be fixed. A long line formed because no one would fix them. There were 2 cashiers taking customers, taking a long, unnecessary amount of time. After waiting a long time in line, a man walked up to the broken blinking registers & the cashier stopped what she was doing to cater to the man who just cut the whole line! The cashier could have said at any point is anyone waiting for self checkout. Myself & the ladies near me in line were disgusted. I left my 1 item right there & walked out! The cashier lacked bare minimum common sense & should be reprimanded at the very least.. complete disrespect to everyone!

It is better to take a long time than to make mistakes. Honestly, out of all the customers, you are the only impatient one. If you cannot be patient. perhaps you should shop at home online. I do agree that since you and the other ladies were first, you should have been helped first, but you have to learn to be more patient otherwise.
It seems like you are the impatient. It is better to be slow than make errors. If you cannot be patient, shop onlne.
I have to agree with you. If this person is an adult they need to earn to be more patient. The other people waiting in line were. But at the same time, she should not have allowed that man to cut in line. He had no respect for ladies if he thinks that is acceptable.
If he is married he probably beats his wife and mother.

I do agree with you thought that she should have helped you first rather than the man cutting in line.
Though I do agree since you were there first, you should have been helped first.
