cvs nasal spray oxmetazoline
After using the CVS Nasal Spray for 5-6 days my nose became very irritated and painful. After doing some research I found that this is a CVS form of Afrin. Afrin makes it very clear that it should not be used for more than 3 consecutive days. This is not stated on your bottle. You might say it is stated on the package (I don't know if it is), but it should be on the bottle...packages are often disposed.
the pharmacies at store 4495 uchenna ndulaka refuse to call doctor to fill my new medicine.
My pain management dr. Change my medication due to my condition worsening. I will be having neck and back surgery very soon but in the mean time to control the pain the have incorporated pain shots and my meds were changed. The man say I have to wait until my tramadol is gone? What do you mean gone the no longer work! Why is it that this uchenna ndulaka at [protected] not just call the dr. Office? What right does he have to say that I have to continue to take this medication and wait 2 weeks before I can get the new meds! Who the hell is he? He is not my doctor as a matter of fact hes not a doctor at all! I think this man has totally over steps his authority! He thinks hes a doctor! This man just needs to call the real doctor and follow her instruction. I am going to sue your company if I have to take more of a medication that doesn't work anymore. Why do I have to stay in pain? And why is he not calling my doctor office? Why do I have to wait 2 weeks? My new meds may be from the same class of drugs but the dosage are different. Im being discriminated against due to my disability!
customer service
I have visited Cvs 3847 on smoky park hwy several times and the store manager and two female employees are always rude. I feel that this store is no a respectful store and I plan on going to somewhere else. How can customers be ignored and talked to by this establishment? I will continue to use the drive thru window for my scripts I need filled but I am not planning on returning back inside. Thank you!
service provider
I just left with the promise of never to return again. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years +. I purchased close to 100.00 of products today and a mis-marked item was rung up incorrectly at the the register. The associate assisted me and discovered that it was a store error but assured me they would make it right. At the register that associate was rude and obnoxious and stated I would have to wait 30 minutes for a manager to return. Then I was told my coupons would not be honored. The was cvs in Rosemead ca and my number is [protected], so you can confirm my loyalty and be assured I will NEVER be back!
pharmacy
Thanks CVS pharmacy in columbia, Pa for dropping the ball yet again! Today after my father had surgery, we picked up his antibiotic. We get home and I inspected the pills and instructions as I always do. Then I pull the insert about the medicine out of the bag. Well what do you know, it's not for the medicine we received. Thank god, we received the proper medication, however, I need these sheets to know possible drug interactions and side effects. My parents receive all of their maintenance drugs by mail order, thank god, so it's super important to have information on drugs that must be taken on the fly. Thanks for making a caregivers job more difficult. You will not be seeing my family or their money again. I really hope that the person who is taking latuda isn't a first time user, the side effects are insane!
And yes, I called the store to let them know of yet another disappointing visit. Pharmacy manager is on vacation. I talked to the pharmacists. She said she was sorry and that was it. Thanks for nothing.
returns
I have been a customer of CVS for years.I believe a rude cashier named Courtney at Wheeling natl road CVS might have flagged me for complaining about a return going back on my husband's credit card, and not being able to just get store credit. Courtney was snippy to me when complaining. The next day I went to make return and was denied, this has never happened in all the years I have been shopping at CVS. No customer should be treated like this, I always loved CVS and spend so much money there. We get our families prescriptions, I also shop there nonstop. Can you please send me the reason why this happened to me? I called the number on the receipt and the man couldn't give me any information about why I was denied and was very rude to me after I asked too many questions. I'm shocked and so upset, I am going to stop shopping at this store and remove my families scripts as well. My husband is a police chief and we are a great family, now we have been humiliated by CVS for no reason.

Good morning. My name is [replaced] and I work for the State of CT and have CVS Caremark services (ID [replaced]). I transferred my pharmacy services to Suburban Pharmacy in West Hartford because it felt much more personal than the mail order and was much more accessible, especially when I was given a prescription for a time-limited medication. CVS has just...

Customer service… Rude. I was just at the CVS on seminal Boulevard and I was helped by Ronald and he was the rudest person ever. If he doesn't like his job why is he there? I didn't have my CVS card because I am here visiting very sick family member and quite frankly my mind is Preoccupied. I provided a coupon that I really wanted to use but I didn't have...

Moved into Saint Petersburg Florida, 5 years ago...one prescription that's been the same for the last five years... they can't seem to ever have it on hand... sometimes the doctors office has to cancel the order, and I'm stuck running around... to find it at other pharmacies across the county...Monday the dr faxes it in...Wednesday I call to check... saying hello it's Memorial Day weekend...coming up, drs going to be away, the office isn't going to be able to transfer it to another Pharmacy...don't ya think you should have called me.. to say it's going to be a problem... Nothing is ever their fault...in the 5 years ... I've had to have the medicine transferred to somewhere else ten times...so I keep asking myself ... why do I still use them?..cause I'm lazy... and cvs is around the corner... but seriously just how convenient... is it really?. If twice a year... I have to run all over the county?.. and have an argument ...my brother use to be a district manager for CVS, thank god he's not there anymore ...and I sure wish Caremark, NYSHIP... would use Walgreens to manage our drug program.
photo department
It's a shame that I can't go there and print out pictures in private. The whole fricken store can see all my photos as my back is facing them and my pictures are on display for the whole world to see.. Not only that but the screen is big that even if I try to hide them with my hand you can't.. Why you ask because me and my private pictures are on display. Why wouldn't the designer of the store think about privacy when doing the store that way. Please fix that. I know i'm not v the only person who feels that way. More people would go to store to print thier photos if they know that thier privacy meant something to you people. Good that angers me, but I know my voice will not be heard. This letter won't even be read in sure. So this is a waste of good damn time! That [censored] who did the store should be put in the desert by his or her self till they can actually design a layout of a store that thinks about the people instead of rushing a job thats that's no good in the end.
Thank you and have a good day now.

I went in person to pick up my son's prescription that was sent yesterday and was told they did not have it ready. Called ahead to make sure prescriptions were ready and was told it was ready for pick up. When I came to pick up they messed up on name was told to drive around several times till the name would get corrected. Pharmacy tech was rude and expected me to continue driving until they corrected mistake?!
partial refund
At approximately 8:05 am on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, I purchased a pair of reading glasses for $21.40. I paid with my debit card. Throughout my day at work I noticed that they were not strong enough. The trash (with my CVS receipt) at my job had already been emptied by the time I decided that I needed to return them for a stronger pair. I returned to the store at approximately 7:30pm. As I entered the store, the Manager, Chris, was at the front register. I explained the aforementioned scenario and asked if he could look up my purchase. Chris replied, "Yes, you may go and get the pair you need while I look up that information." I ended up selecting a pair that was $37.45, which I was prepared to pay the $16.05 difference. However, when the cashier rang up my purchase, $21.40 was taken from my debit card. I questioned why I was only given $16.05 credit when I paid $21.40. Chris seemed puzzled but said, "when items have been on sale in the past 2 or 3 weeks and returned without a receipt, it is their policy to return the lower price. I asked for my money back. I was given a CVS card with only $16.05 credit. Chris said that according to store policy, that was all he could do. They profited $5.35 and I have no glasses.I paid $21.40 and I should have been given $21.40 credit towards my $37.45 purchase. In addition, my bank records will reflect that I paid $21.40 and not $16.05. Chris gave me a CVS card with $16.05, but I am entitled to the remaining $5.35. The principal of this matter is what I have an issue with; I want a full refund of $21.40.
They were not on sale when I purchased them that morning, nor were they on sale when I exchange them that same day.

I've been going to the CVS Pharmacy for years. Never any problems, the last 2 month have been a living hell there. New staff is nasty and screw up the prescriptions every time I go in. I went to pickup a prescription, and they never filled it because they said it was to expensive. Never called me to tell me. All the customers are complaining ever time I go there. What the hell is going on there. I wouldn't recommend Rt. 516 CVS to anyone!
customer service
I have been shopping at 3847 cvs in asheville nc for years and the last several times there has been a very uncomfortable experience. The manager daniel is very dispectful and rude. I have heard him speaking to his employees and others without respect. Some of the employees there are also very unfriendly. I asked them to help me find a product and they told me they didnt have time. The pharmacy there is good but I am considering going somewhere else where I feel I would be appreciated. I am not happy with the way this store does there customers or the way management appears.
alexis robinson pharmacist
Alexis Robinson testified under oath on may 21, 2018 in judge Dempsy courtroom that my father (Kit Farmer) dropped off a prescription for his daughter (Kiana Robinson) in Union City on Jonesboro Rd. She stated she took the prescription researched what the prescription was used for and what the doctor's specialty. She stated the meds are used for women who get (boob jobs) breast implants to the judge and court room (a violation of HIPPA). My attorney implied that she was not authorized to give this information. Alexis replied "I am a licensed pharmacist". I feel without my consent and knowledge she gave out personal information about my health and implied what she thought my reasons were for taking the medication. I was embarrassed and this type of behavior is unacceptable.
If further information is needed I can request a copy of the case from Fulton county courthouse.
prescriptions
At the beginning of this month I had my prescription not all the way filled. The lady said they would call me when it came in. They didn't! So I called today at 10am to ask if they had it in stock. Mind you that was 5-3-18 today is 5-21-18 the lady said they would fill it. I never received a text or call so I called at 6:45pm they put me on hold for 15 min till they never answered and I called back and they were closed. I just recently moved so I changed my cvs pharmacy to this Cvs 1751 university dr, vista California 92083. These employees can't get it together.
I've had problems ever since I changed pharmacies. I think its rude and unsatisfying when they tell you there gonna take care of you and they dont. I've been with Cvs for 25 years and I've never seen any pharmacy so unorganized and uncommunicated in my life. I really hope this changes because people need their medications. I understand the changes with switching pharmacies but it's just location change I'm still in the system. Please fix this immediately. Thank you
discrimination/unethical behaviour
On May 19, 2018, I entered into CVS Wilson NC store #7335 to pick up my prescription. I came up to the service desk to pick it up and the Pharmacist said she will be right with me. Suddenly, an older White gentlemen came up at least minutes after I did. The pharmacist was familiar with the gentleman, so, she then had the clerk to ring him up first. The clerk then ask me to step aside to ring the elderly man first. I did not move. There was no altercation, another clerk then helped me with my prescription. I really felt uncomfortable with the type of service and I will not be using your services. This type of service will not be tolerated and I will let everybody know what happened here.
pharmacist jamie vanderveer, haverhill ma
Jamie has NO customer service skills at all in fact she purposely delayed my refills and not calling me till 45 minutes before 5 on a Friday night so that I couldn't reach my doctor before he left for the weekend. If you have to shop at the CVS on Lafayette Sq go when she is NOT There s the other pharmacist Chris is much better.i have filed multiple commaints in regards to Jamie Vanderveers lack of professionalism!
pharmacy prescription mix up store # 4368
Today our doctor sent two prescriptions for my husband to this pharmacy. After 50 minutes we went to obtain them. I have had prescriptions filled here under my name. He has not. Regardless the prescriptions were written for him with his name on it. Upon arriving we are told there is no scripts under that name. Maybe our doc sent it to the target cvs in Munster. So we leave. I call the Target CVS on Calumet speak with someone in pharmacy and they say there is no prescription there for my husband. We return home. Call our doc office leave a message inquiring where they sent his scripts?
Then I notice our answering machine has a message from cvs on Main and Calumet stating My Prescriptions were ready. Mine as in MY NAME not my husbands.
I call this pharmacy tell them about just being there, arriving home to message, and ask why did they say MY scripts were ready? I go back to this cvs. And explain the recent phone conversation and am told by the counter help, My Doctor must have mixed up the names. So I ask to see the original scripts sent, and a pharmacist announces I have that order. It's in the wrong name. It should be in man's name. I'm redoing it
I ask who made the mistake, my doctor or the pharmacist? And the pharmacist explains he did it because my husband was not in their system! Now I find that unbelievable! Because my husband had not filled a script there ever before, and because I had, this pharmacist decided to fill these scripts under MY NAME instead of who the doctor had made them for! That's wrong and possible illegal! Although the counter help apologized and didn't know how that could happen, the Pharmacist Joseph C.. something, did not once apologize for the mix up or even appear to care. The time date on my visit was 3:15 pm May 16, 2018. Register 13 in pharmacy. TRN #2136 Cashier # 1553888 STR #4368 801 Main Street Munster IN
This is a HUGE MISTAKE.
I had repeated my husband's name and birthdate several times through out the first initial visit to pick up and the follow up visit after message from pharmacy. Not once did any one ask me my name, and quite frankly why would they? The prescriptions were from my husband's doctor for him! But because he wasn't in the cvs system they just filled it under my name? How can that even be acceptable. Yes the medications were not life threatening... and no one got hurt. But had it been something that could have hurt me, and I was picking up both my own prescriptions and my husbands this could have been very serious.
Please reconsider this man's position at this pharmacy.
Btw he attempted to ring me out at the register (since the counter staff was busy with another customer with an issue) and while doing so this pharmacist with my husband's newly repackaged medications in his hand, husband's name spelled out clearly on label and my cvs insurance card sitting on counter with husband's name clearly printed, proceeded to type his name in incorrectly, asked my husband's birth date and upon giving my answer was told "nope". I repeated his correct birth month day and year and again told "no". It was incorrect! I EVEN GAVE MY NAME AND BIRTHDATE figuring maybe he screwed it up once again. It ends up the pharmacist had typed in my husband's name wrong. Spelled it wrong. And there fore it was not coming up in their system. Seriously, there needs to be someone looking into this guy before someone suffers or dies due to his incompetence. Fortunately a nice counter clerk "Marie" name listed on the receipt, took over the Register, corrected his mistake and I finally was able to get out of there.
Worse experience I've ever had with a pharmacy in my life.
