customer service
I can submit online the scripts I want refilled and they will refill something different. I have even checked my email confirmations thinking I checked the wrong scripts. Nope. This has been happening for the past year along with the text confirmations/reminders I receive. The pharmacist on 7/14/18, told me he wasnt responsible for online refills, etc. I never said he was responsible but its never done correct and sometimes not even filled. This same pharmacist had told me he would order the Accutane for my son. He said it would be ready Monday. NOT. It ended up that they couldn't get it BUT never bothered to call. It's the same old poor customer service with this CVS. This particular pharmacist is a royal jerk as well. He is condescending and a smartass. That's okay. My money spends well at other pharmacies. Obviously, CVS has plenty of business and can treat customers however. Today I am moving mine and my families' scripts. No more. I have coworkers who've had similar experiences and have moved theirs too.
terrible manager @ store #5026
The manager at the CVS in Mesa, AZ store #5026, is Very Rude and disrespectful.
I serviced this CVS store for 2 years as a vendor. On May 10, 2018, I entered in to the store to perform my weekly tasks, then all of a sudden the manager (RAMON)., began yelling and screaming at me " I'M TIRED OF DOING YOUR JOB FOR YOU! then said' YOUR BANNED FROM THIS STORE, DON'T EVER COME BACK!... This was shocking to me..considering I'm in his store each week and he signs off on my completed work tasks.
He would also nag and hound me every time i come in the store about getting him some coffee from Dutch Brothers..."Where's MY Dutch Brother's COFFEE BRO?
Nonetheless, I found out that Ramon is the Training Manager...He has terrible communication skills. He then told lies to my employer about my work ethics, in which they know I am a role model employee..
Weeks prior, he asked for my employers phone number regarding some work assisgnments. On May 10th, he also made the statement, that I gave him a fake phone number and said, "It was probably one of my friends phone number I gave him." How ridiculous is that? I have been with my employer for over 8 years, never had an issue. I found other complaints online about the same manager. He is really doing a disservice for CVS, he is running away customers with his outrageous behavior and communication skills.
pharmacy
I waited in line after being contacted by this store over the phone .I also call to verify that had it ready .so I waited in line then when it was my turn they did not have and I was told to go to drop off window so they could help me..I told them no just find it but because they had two people waiting in line my wait didn't matter.I had to get out of line to go to a different line to be waited on .well I lost me as a customer and at least five other customers i will be sending this story to the news with a video of how I treat customers !
your staff
A few weeks ago i came to your location on capital circle n e and Miccosukee road in Tallahassee. the first thing that caught my eye was a male in a tie and tall female in a blue shirt was outside smoking with the back door open. I was under the impression this was a smoke free facility the reason i shop there. the next time i went in to grab a couple drinks when i heard a small white female yelling at a young black female with blue hair over something the young lady was horrified. other customers was shaking their head. I said i would not go back. however one day in a rush trying to work at the hospital i ran in. The small lady was behind the counter with a middle age professional looking lady. A black tall female rushed in and attempted to clock in. when the same small lady started screaming saying you are late do not clock in go put your stuff up. she was yelling the girl looked devastated. the other lady mouth feel open like she could not believe what she had witnessed. I layed my thing down and walked out. 3 strikes your out some one needs to put that child like woman in her place before someone else does.
refusing my doctors refill
I am a 5 month pregnant woman with severe asthma. I have been getting my medication refills from Cvs pharmacy for 15 years.
A particular pharmacist Jessica Spitzer did not see eye to eye with me and told me she wasn't refilling my script.
Her job isn't to like the customers. Her job is to refill scripts. I told her I live a few blocks away with no car and I was unable to pick my scripts up from any other pharmacy. She basically said she didn't care of a pregnant woman with severe asthma had to walk to another location.
I want something done immediately. I want to continue getting my scripts filled where I been getting them filled at for 15 years before I seek help from a lawyer.
anelena ruiz
my name is Yendrys hernandez I was working for cvs in store # 5133 with store manager Anelena Ruiz. I went to Cuba on my days off and I could not return the next day because I still did not communicate with the Store manager and I told her about my problem and she told me that when I called her when I called her she told me to come to the store and when I arrived she took me to the office in a bad way and pressed me and disrespected me and the operation manager she parted with her I do not agree with that she has no education is a liar says I do not call her and that's why they are saying goodbye for not having called and me if I call and send messages and I have a message You saying that she will not send you more messages.

Stop substituting Diltiazem for Cartia. They are in NO WAY equivalent. I don't care how much money you get in your damned bonus, Diltiazem will kill you. Or rather, kill your customers, because I know damned good and well you don't take it yourselves!
I specifically came to CVS because other pharmacies were pulling this stunt. But Diltiazem is bad stuff and I am sure they know ie. I think someone is paying bribes to people to push Diltiazem.
Needs to be a congressional panel to perp-walk these guys onto TV where they all take the 5th.
the way the employee spoke to me about a sale item
I went into CVS to buy products that I usually do. The employee (woman) said to me "it's costumers like you who take all the sales item and the he others don't get any". I'm sorry is my money no good here if there's a limit on the sales item and it's not in the flyer I don't work here how am I supposed to now the new rules. I think she could have relayed that information much better. I've been going to CVS since my grandmother used to ask me. This isn't acceptable I won't be spending my money at that one anymore.
the pharmacy dept.in lehigh acres florida store# 1350
I have my prescriptions at a cvs store just outside of lehigh acres florida which I passed while driving to work daily in ft. Myers, florida. After my work changed, I transferred my prescriptions to the store in lehigh acres to be closer to my home but it was a big, big mistake.
The lehigh acres store doesn't use generics so they can charge more & they are rude, lazy and generally don't give a damn about the customer. I tried to call there after the computer texted me about 2 scripts when I have 4 scripts all due at the same time. I tried to call & speak the pharmacy but after a hour on hold with the computer, no one answering the phone. I called the general store and got the front counter to answer the phone, they where rude and not caring at all.
It cost me over $70 to get my scripts filled at the lehigh acres store, i'll transfer to the ft. Myers florida store and they fill them for less than 40$. I'll also be posting on facebook & twitter my experiences with the store. I thought it was no right paying more to have to get my prescription closer to my home but the pharmacy department there is pathetic. I thought it was bad for business to not answer the phone but the drive thru at that store is just as bad, some young man sitting on his butt text and telling customer to bad that is how much it cost.
If lehigh acres cvs is any example of your business ethics your not going to be in business long.

medication readiness
On May 3rd. I called to make sure my medication would be in stock and was told that they had the medication and that everything would be fine. I then contacted my local pharmacy on May 9th to confirm that everything was fine and that my medication would be filled. Margaret the pharmacist told me everything would be completed and ready for pick up on May 10th. I called just to check on May 10th at 2:30pm and was told that They did not have my medication in stock and that it would take a week to fill...
THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AT THIS CVS and I will not be providing anymore business to this Unprofessional pharmacy
management
I was in cvs today located on progress ave. And wanted to address a problem with the management there. There was only one attendant at the register by the name of Nia David and I want to say she deserves high recognition for her assistants even though it was just her at the register she handled each customer greatly with a smile on her face as well as greeted each customer. The problem with management is that she had called for assists at the front and no one came out to help her with the other customers that is very unprofessional and whoever is the manager should be talked to about that because your store will lose business from that and for Nia she deserve something for her awesome assistants.
customer service representatives
Since January, 2018, I have been trying to obtain statement of patient costs from CVS Caremark, which by the way, I never received the entire time I was employed by Praxair, Inc. a huge international corporation that had a contract with CVS Caremark. Actually, as of 1/1/2018, my previous employer did not renew their contract. Your customer service representatives are worthless, uncooperative, use stalling tactics, only use verbiage that they know is irritating the client, customer and then say "Oh, you sound so frustrated!" In trying to obtain my statement of patient costs, I have talked to probably 12 representatives and have gotten 12 different answers as related to my issues. Today, 04/18/2018, I called, only to have spoken to again 10 different people to get a phone number to a case coordinator where I have a task number and she and I have had multiple conversations. Your customer representatives, if you call them that, actually are nosy, nosy, busybodies, asking too many questions. They are extremely difficult to deal with and are so resistant to providing the client, customer with the information they are requesting, in addition constantly antagonizing the customer. They are hurting the business they represent and it comes through loud and clear that they don't care. Have already sent emails to CVS corporate complaint department as well as a letter to the CEO. It is now 2 hours later and I still do not have the phone number!
pharmacy
I had two refills left on my prescription to be filled by 7/16/2018, but CVS decide to delete those prescriptions and call my dr to get a refill, which was unnecessary as I had two left, but they were so wanted to get a 90 day supply written which would cost me more money due to my insurance. I have told them before I did not want a 90 day supply but because of their greed I lost those 2 refills all of a sudden "they were deleted from the system" I have had it with CVS pharmacy!
lack of service
I spoke directly with pharmacy, explaining I on medication monthly, can they provide. They answered yes. Ok, first month, out of stock, person who orders is not in, order will take a week. Spoke to another pharmacist, told them I get the prescription each month, can the order it so that it is in stock when due. They said yes. That month, out of stock, person who orders not in, they can not call other stores, I can not call other stores, my doctor would have to take the time to call each store to see if anyplace had it in stock, they can order it and have it in a week. I talk with another pharmacy later, explaining the situation and they said knowing I was getting each month, they could have it on hand. What happened. Out of stock, person who orders is offer, can't get it for a week and neither they or I am allowed to inquire at another store.
Result is one week at of every month, regardless I what I do, CVS makes sure I'm without my medication.
pharmacist on 5/6/2018 at 9:45 am.
We are frequent customers of this store smd were informed that our daughterd Meds were ready for pick up after 48 hrs since we submitted them.
I went through the drive through around 9:30 am the Tech handed me 2 prescription i stated we are missing one. The one missing is a coumpound which is mixed onsite.
She went to check then the Asian pharmacist came to the window and stared to me it was never submitted.
Which she was wrong i let her listen to my voicemail from cvs in which she left that the med in question was ready for pick yesterday.
She then told me i can come back in a hr and i stated that's unacceptable!
After that the pharmacist said i was "wasting her time" thats where inwent off!
Very unprofessional at the end of the day pasta customers pay their salaries when we pick up our prescriptions and shop in that store etc.
Very unprofessional at the end of the day pasta customers pay their salaries when we pick up our prescriptions and shop in the store etc
She immediately slammed the window closed through the drive-through and then I seen the two pharmacy techs clapping when she did that in the background.
This store is very unprofessional and we will be taking our prescription' elsewhere!
This was the 101 reeseville road store in Coatesville pa.
the new prescription labels
The new prescription labels are hare to read. The print is so tiny for the "important information", one would need a magnifying glass to be able to read it comfortably. Much of the other information on the label is the same. Some pertinent information is legible, which is good. But certainly, not all pertinent information is readable. I much preferred the old label, which is why I will be shopping for a new pharmacy.
prescriptions.
I have been getting my prescriptions filled at your store in Miamisburg, Ohio on Central Ave. I get Gabepentin and lately Norco. Practically every month I am shorted 10 tablets or more of Gabepentin, the store always makes it right. I got a prescription on Monday evening for 60 tabs of Norco. Today I was dividing into my Prescription planner . Because my bottle was so empty, I counted. I have 34 tablets in my possession. I took 2 Monday evening, and 2 Tuesday and 2 today. That should leave me 54. I called the pharmacist, a gentleman and he said someone is taking from my home. I live alone there is no one to take them. If I had taken the 20 missing, I'd be dead. I told him that someone I. The store is shorting customers, So now, I have to cut my dosage from 2 per day to 1 per day. You should find out who in your pharmacy is stealing medications from customers. CVS makes it right for my gabepentin . Just because his count is accurate, does not mean no one could take from the store. This is bad. From now on, I guess I'll have to count right in the store before I leave.
hipaa
Today I received several text messages from a man, who thought he was contacting my spouse. My cell phone number is listed with my husband's name. Apparently a store employee, which I have names, decided to look at my husbands information & gave it to someone not employed by CVS for personal use. HUGE HIPAA VIOLATION. I will be contacting an attorney.
fall in store
Date of incident: 4/28/18
I was waiting for my prescription in the waiting area. Next to that area there is the book and magazine section. I was called for my prescription and proceeded to the book section to place the item back. I then took a fall due to crates right in the corner of the wall. I fell on my left shoulder. I went to the pharmacy to speak to someone there and was informed that I would need to speak to the manager on duty to complete an incident report. I approached the front counter at check out and was rudely greeted by the assistant manager. In a nasty tone she said, " I'm the assistant manager" and she smirked. I explained what occurred and I got no response. No offer to have an incident report done or anything. I went home and came back with my daughter because I was so upset and in pain with bruising. She requested to speak to the store manager because the assistant manager did nothing. My daughter took pictures of the area and how the crates were. When she came back from picking up her own prescription, she came back to see that Coke Cola cases were now there.(She has pictures of that as well). She left her number for the store manager to give her a call; Till today, we still have not received a call. Please review video footage between the time of 12:30p and 1:30p. If you can please give me a call as soon as you can. I can be reached at [protected] or [protected]
Thank You,

prescription medicine
I am forced to use CVS due to my insurance company. Actually they both suck!
I am a carrer salesman who knows how to treat people and I was successful from caring about my customer. I have tried giving CVS a chance 3 times. I have tried all the four locations in my town. Either they can't do their job or completely don't care about the customer. They are very rude! They do not follow up on tasks! They do not compare to other pharmacies . I could give many examples but if you use them chances are you ll experience the same poor performance. Don't ask them for help they might get mad.
I just called for help waited 7 minutes. Had to ask her to speak slower . She could not help me. I asked her how can I get a needed prescription with no refills and Doctor on vacation. Her response ! I DON T KNOW AND HUNG UP CVS North St Bristol CT. Call your store then try your competitor BEACON absolutely no comparison.
I transferred from Walgreens to CVS in Palm Coast, Fl because it was a little closer to home. Well, I am greatly dissatisfied with CVS. I called on May 8th and was asked by the automatic operator if I'd like to pick up my prescription today or tomorrow. I answered today. But, I was delayed due to transportation problems. When I went to pick it up two days later, I was told they were out of it, it was on back order. My medication is Clonazapam. I can't go off it without dire mental and physical symptoms. Today it's May 16 and they still are on back order. No one called me to inform me of my status. Finally, I called and was told the prescription would be transferred to a CVS farther away from my home where it is available. Guess what? This is the last of my experience with CVS. I'm going back to Walgreens!
