You store manager Norma at the 14539 S military trl delray beach fl 33483 was very unprofessional and rude her along with another associate fail to provide adequate customer service the item which was a Nike that was on sale at Ross store they were rude and unwilling to be off assistance. When I ask for her name she refused and hid her badge inside I shirt I ask for the manager she stated she was the manager and refuse to provider her name I was able to go to another Ross location and the manger there was helpful she even check the back room and found the item I was looking for and it was indeed on sale. Per Norma the ride manger she is not entitle to provide the customer with her name because her customer contact corporate with half story so with that said I am sure this is not her first encounter with customer and her providing poor customer service.

After waiting outside the store, making sure to stand on the blue lines, mask on I was allowed to enter the store, I walked into the doors and behind the glass next to the jewelry, I wanted to check the color of a lipstick that had no color on the box, it was only $2.00 so I wanted to buy it, however it was covered in plastic, I asked the clerk if I could see what color it is, and she said she can't open the box, the other few boxes of lipsticks had no plastic on them, so I didn't understand what the problem was! She then said she must ask her manager, This Ross has been reopened for 3 days now. So every employee was bran new, including this Nasty Norma who immediately said you must sanitize your hands, I told her I already had. And she said no you aren't allowed to see the lipstick! I said I won't be trying it on and I plan to buy it! And she told me that she will not let me buy it! And to leave the store. I told her I certainly will not leave the store and I put the lipstick in my cart and proceeded to the blouse section, she ran up to the cart and reached her hand in and took it!😳 she abruptly said. "Your stealing! SAY WHAT? I am buying it I was going to buy them all, but Very mean and unfair Norma who someone made manager, was a pompous and arrogant young disrespectful bully. I have been shopping here at the Delray Beach Store in Florida since they opened, never had a problem until now. This Nasty Norma must be fired immediately she is a living nightmare! And has no business in retail much less manager.
