BrandsMart USA - Apple airpods max

On 12/26/2021 (Receipt #[protected]) my son and I went to buy an Apple Airpods Max. We looked at the price information and purchased the item. The sales person was Louis Sanders. The item did not meet my son's expectation. We decided to go back to the store on Sunrise on 12/28/2021 to return the item. To our surprise we were told that they could not accept the item because it was a "0 day return" item. I asked to speak to a manager. They told me that there wasn't an available manager in the premises. They also told me to contact Remy the next time that we return to the store to see if something could be done about the return. On 01/08/2022 my son and I returned to the store and requested to speak to Remy. When he saw our receipt he told us the same: This is a "0 day return" item. I can't help you. I requested to speak to a Manager. A person named Nelson arrived, looked at the receipt, and made the same statement. When I explained to him that neither the sales person nor the cashier mentioned anything about this policy, he told me that there was nothing he could do about it. Mr. Pearlman, I've always looked up to Brandsmart USA as an honest and customer service oriented place where people go to furnish their homes. The fact that there wasn't any indication that this item was a "0 day return" item, that the sales person did not make any mention of such policy, neither the cashier gives me a clear indication that there was malice and dishonesty in conducting business on their part, as well as on behalf of the immediate management. I took pictures that may be available at your request as evidence that there isn't any indication in writing about this "0 day return" policy. As a result, I demand that all moneys be refunded to me totaling $449.00 plus applicable taxes. I thank you in advance for your help on this matter. Hoping that your management pay more attention in making sure that proper policy language is displayed in order to be as transparent to clients as you have always been.
