Extra Space Storage

This morning I exited my storage unit at 7am and was outside the property in the parking lot away from every other unit. I was sitting down by the stairs waiting for my ride to pick me up. I was approached in a very rude manner by the property manager and her dog barking loud in my face. Instead of saying good morning, she was rude and asked me in a horrible manner if she could help me? and if I needed help with something, still with the dog barking loud in my face. When I asked her who she was, since I never met her, and she obviously was a complete stranger asking questions. She was extremely defensive, and rude, and snapped at me. She spoke loudly and I was literary one foot away from her, disturbing my ear drums with her loud speaking. She never stated she was the property manager and didn't disclose her name. I told her in a calm manner that I have a unit here and I just stepped out of the storage unit and I am getting picked up to leave. She rolled her eyes and walked away and continued to walk her dog in a close proximity to where I was, in order to watch me and see if I was telling the truth about getting picked up. If this property manager was so concerned and thought that I was there to steal, why didn't she just ask what the storage unit and its location was. She could have also asked me to punch the code in the key-code box to show her proof, but instead, she was rude, and I felt as if I was targeted for racial discrimination against me for being colored. If this is how this company treat colored people, then I need to know, so I could look elsewhere and not be racially profiled for a unit I pay for every month.
