I went to Firestone to get front brakes and inspection of whether needed upper or lower front controls arms due to my car was pushing to one side when stopping. Previous inspection by Firestone at another location, the mechanic said I needed brakes and lower control arms. When took car after a year to the specified location, on inspection, the manager said it did not need brakes and needed upper control arms and four new tires. I requested also an oil change. After the service was done, picked up the car and noticed as driving that the car front was vibrating without even stepping on the brakes. A few days took it back and complained to the manager of what was happening and when questioned if the right part number was used on the car for the upper control arms, he was rude and disrespectful. The same mechanic that was his "best technician" so the manager said, went with me to test drive it and when returned to the office had the audacity to say that it was a motor issue. I took my car back and took it to the dealership to get an inspection. I have the written quote of the inspection which stated it needed brakes and calipers. I paid for a service at Firestone that was sloppy to say at least, and had the extra expense of paying for the inspection at Arrigo dealership. My car now has mechanical problems that did not have before.
