We are on a family emergency from New York. When we got to the hotel we were very tire and hungry. We didn't want to go out to eat.
We order Dominos from the room advertisement.
A young lady answer the phone and I was trying to understand the ordering procedure and she grew in patient and out me on hold. She left me on hold for about 7 minutes.
A young man came back in the line, and ask me for my order again. His name was Jake.
I ask him the same question I ask the young lady. If it was possible to order the Philly steak without the cheese because my mother is 87 years old and cannot eat cheese. He said yes, and out on hold for another 25 minutes.
When he return and completed my order and charge my debt card for $31.72.
We were on the line for another 20 minutes and he apologize because he was having a computer problem. I check my checking account and there was a debit amount of $31.72. From Domino's.
At that time he informs me that he had to retake my order again and charge my debit card again.
I told him that wasn't going to happen because I been charge already.
He said that because he had to reboot the system, that he had to charge me again. I told I don't trust what he is saying and that I am looking at my account and I have been charged and I refuse to pay again. I warn him that if si don't get my order I will call the police and make a report.
He put me on hold and another gentleman came to the phone and identified himself as the manager.
His approach to me was very unprofessional, referring to me as dude, man, and other street slang talk . He informed me that he was not interested in serving us, he started to curse me, and I responded at his level, which I regret because the conversation was on speaker and my children were listening.
We don't need this kind of service, it was my first time and my last.
