I am a pharmaceutical rep

I ordered a catering order in Richmond, IN to be delivered on 1/21. The bill was close to $1000 Store 2550

When delivered, it was missing 10 salads.
I asked the delivery driver and he told to call the store I called the store and was told they do not give credits only on the next meal
I ask to speak to the manager The mgr, Tim, was not in but he took the number. No returned call

Claimed loss: 176.00

Desired outcome: Desired credit issued for 176.00 immediately so I can expense this order
