KFC Case # [protected]
Greetings,
Upon doing a little spring cleaning, I found that this was still in my folder, unresolved. Imagine my surprise! I have found that three years seems to be a good number for bringing my ongoing issues to a close (Thats how long it took another national chain to find a solution to another issue that I had years ago!
Attached is a copy of the last email that I received from KFC/YUM Brands concerning my issue at your restaurant. It seemed that whoever was handling this at the time of the complaint, just couldn't see it in their heats to refund the money for the meal in question, or a gift certificate, or something! This is a life changing event for me, but I do like to get what I pay for, as do many of us... you may be one.
Thats how it has gone on as long as it has, without getting my attention. I don't have hard feeling towards KFC, as a matter of fact, I love you guys! I just wish that I didn't feel as if KFC ripped me off. If you review the circumstances of my claim, you will see that what we are speaking of here is basically, dinner for two. It's simple. I went to KFC, wanted and paid for dinner for two... I didn't get that. end of story.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the $31 and change that the manager at KFC Gainesville basically stole from me.

Credit card information was stolen from this location. This was the only place this card was used in more than a week and less than 10 minutes after picking up food from the drive thru over 30 charges were attempted on my bank account, after the first for over $1,900 was approved. When I called the location to speak with the manager to inform them of what had occurred she stated that it couldn't have happened there. I asked to have the contact information for the district supervisor and she stated she would have him contact me. I have not been contacted. Also when I received my receipt the top part was ripped off that had all store identifying information.
Food is always good at KFC. The chicken wings were supposed to be original recipe but were more like extra crispy. Still good though.
We had a family member in the VA hospital so this really made an already stressful situation alot more stressful.
Desired outcome: Company might consider making it a little easier for customers to find out how to reach out when there are issues not service related. Warn other consumers to be leery of this location when using credit/debit cards.

Well, it's been almost a year since this complaint was filed. True to form, KFC has not any effort, what so ever, to make any attempt to rectify this issue.
