I am so disgusted by the way things played out with my order # 229. I ordered on the website, (for my staff as I am out of the office) the tracker shows preparing my order at 12:05, then it never moved from there. I called the store at 12:40 to get an update 954-456-3030
I was on hold for 27 MINUTES and was told it had not been prepeared yet. They were short staffed ansd very busy, un-apologetic. I asked for a manager and was placed on hold AGAIN for 6 minutes. The manager said it was not his fault that they are busy and short staffed, he did apologize after all was said and done. I asked for a refund which should help the poor fools still waiting. To make matters worse I called the customer support number 734-930-3030 the minute after and was immediatly placed on a hold loop with recurring messages stating my place in the cue, I tortured myself for 18 minutes of this and finally have decided that I need to give up and let Dominos continue to operate in such a way that they will lose whatever is left of their customer base. I realize that with so many food delivery options and providers they might be struggling slightly but that is the time when they should step up their game and try to compete. Shame Dominos
I have attached a pic of my screen showing time orderd as you can see in the bottom right coener its 6 minutes short of an hour at that point and the pizza hadn't begun to be prepared!
