I went to Fresco y Más located on 1630 west 49 street hialeah fl store phone number [protected] on 5/24 at around 4:10 pm. I stood in line in the express line and waited my turn. As I was scanning the items I was purchasing there was a product that was not scanning correctly. I saw an employee was busy attending to another customer so I continued scanning the rest of my items and as I was ready to scan that product I requested for assistance since she was not busy then I asked for assistance. Before I can even explain correctly my issue an employee named Esperanza stopped me halfway and spoke to me in a rude manner and said the sticker was never going to scan (did not try to do it herself or input it manually) she continued to say aloud that I had two choices to walk myself to the meat department and replace it myself or just not buy the product at all that she couldn't assist me at all because there was other customers she needed to attend to. All of this was in a rude manner that even my 12 year old son asked me quietly why was she so rude. My response to her was if I can speak to a manager and she then leaves all the customers unattened to bring another employee. As I explain to the employee she interrupts me again and said yes that is exactly what I said in a louder manner. At that point I was mortified and asked her to please let me explain and she kept talking over me. I decided to not make any more of a scene than what she was making and walked out. I feel this employee needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I shop at fresco on a weekly basis and never have I felt this mistreated. I believe as a cuatomer service employee she represents the store and her representation for fresco y más is one that will have customers thinking twice about ever shopping there again. I don't wish for her to get fired but for someone to correct her behavior. I can hear her talking even when I was walking out of the store about how she was correct. It's truly a shame. Desired outcome: I believe that employee, Esperanza, should have a better training on how to treat a customer.
Fresco Y Mas - Discrimination and verbal abuse
Today 5/9/2022 at 11:52 PM my mother and I were verbally assaulted by the manager and his assistant manager a Fresco y mas on 1630 W 49 ST in Hialeah Fl. The new store policy for hours is 7 am to 12 am, we arrived at 11:52 pm the store doors were partially held by the security guard saying the store was closed. We suggested we had 8 min to pick something quickly and the security guard accepted and let us thru the door with another 2 customers behind us. As soon as we stepped foot inside the Store the manager Manuel came screaming from the top of his lungs to get out, we explained what we had talked about with the security and he continuously insulted us and screamed saying the store had been closed since 11:30 pm and that we couldn't go inside when there was clearly more than 6 customers inside the store paying. My mother continued explaining that we will be quick and that the security had let us pass. Manuel continued insulting and verbally assaulting us saying we had to get out and that he didnt care that the security was nobody there to let us in.
The security came and asked what was the issue and the Manager Manuel told my mom since you spoke to him speak to him in English and tell me what he told you, my mother clearly doesnt speak english but I do. I went off telling him in English infront of this idiot everything that was going on in English. Mr.Manuel did not understand a word because all this confrontation was in spanish. We felt discriminated as he taught we didnt speak English and mistreated us by screaming and insulting us just for not letting us buy something from the store when we were clearly on our time before the store closed.
Desired outcome: I want this manager Fired from his position because that is not the way to talk to a customer and especially discriminating for not speaking English when he doesn't know how to speak it.

I have been at fresco y mas located at 1640 west 49 st hialeah fl 33012 today 10/10/2020 bet 10. 00am to 10.30am. The clerk in a front end counter provide one of the most services by the wrong way which is possible. No education and training at all. On top there is a lead manager walking around doing nothing. Even both of them using face mask no by the safe way. See the cameras video and you can be sure about this manner. Thanks. I feel they need more training to be according with the basic levels show how to respct the society in general.
