I just encountered an ugly situation with a cashier named Martha, she was very rude, bad aptitude, very sarcastic, but this is not the first time I've seen her treatment customers like, today was my turn. I was returning a pair of sunglasses that I bought at another store on clearance, she refused to return them, even though I had my return receipt and I was within the 30 days, she told that they were used, I told that they weren't used, told me that she didn't believe me, even though they have the label attached, just because there was some fingerprints, of course from people trying them, that she couldn't return them because the price was $30.00 and I told her that I paid $20.00 because I bought it on clearance, she told that doesn't matter whatever price I paid I have to the store where I bought it from, which is about 10 miles. It's a shame to have employees with that aptitude. I'm a frequent customer at the store.
