I live in Inverness fl. There is only one store in the area. I recently had someone hack into my device and destroy it. I file a report with the police and then went to the metro store located in Inverness fl. I spoke to a man who seemed to be stoned and was not helpful at all. I went from November 20 to January 4th with absolutely no contact to the outside world. One I got paid I went back to metro and spoke to a women . I again told her the situation and asked how much I would have to pay to get another phone. She told me $150.00 but if I wanted a new number $80.00 or $90.00. I ask her which one. 80 or 90. At this point she said " I don't know I'm not phsycic. I don't know how much taxes would be". Let me add that I waited almost 45 minutes to have her be completely rude. I left very upset. I winded up going to cricket wireless and got a phone with them. Turned out I had insurance all along and just received a new phone for 50 dollars. Now I am trying to figure out how to activate the phone. I have always paid my bill on time and rarley do I ask for help from metro. I'm still very upset with this store and there customer service. In turn I have spent over 200 dollars just trying to get back on a phone. I still made sure to pay my bill for the month as well.
Desired outcome: Honestly I think the women at that store should be fired. Also it would be nice to get my account credited for the amount I pay to get set up with a different provided.$ 98.00
