in November I purchased my son a pair of glasses through my VSP with Eye Med. My son does not have to wear his glasses except for distance and he was in school and carries them on his shirt and one of the lenses fell out and when we Went to the Lenscrafters at the mall we were told that we had to pay $25 co-payment and when I asked for the Lens "Kim" the store manager at the store was so Rude that my daughter became extremely angry and she was Rude to me as well on the phone. I have called the Customer Service Complaint line and lodged a complaint and I'm still fuming from the treatment my son (15 years old) received at this location basically "Kim" called him a liar saying the only way the lens could have come out was to get hit in the FACE or something.
