Monday, 4.29.2019. Made an appointment for an oil change/ & to check out any problem as I am making a 1500 mi trip. Without checking /looking at the car, the young lady, Natalie, said emphatically I did not need an oil change, but they would do a software update. I kept telling her I was hard of hearing and didn't understand her. She never acknowledged my request. And my son told me I really should have the oil changed. An hr later she gave my keys and told me I could go. There were no papers & I signed nothing. How do I know what, if anything, has been done of if something is wrong. I am 77 yrs old, hard of hearing and a female who would like to believe the car is ok to drive all the way home-thru Chicago.
I believe I was treated unfairly because I am old and a female. And the American Disabilities Act is in place to insure hard of hearing/deaf people a fair shake.
