I purchased leather sofa and love seat at Rooms to go in 2016. They started peeling in 2020 in places that did not show. It is now peeling on exterior places. I did not know this leather was bonded. I assumed it was dyed leather. That was a mistake for sure. I have been trying to resolve the problem since May 2021. I would be happy to join a class action suit. I have bought many items from RTG and referred family and friends to them. I am also a Realtor and many of my customers have bought furniture from them in Jensen Beach FL. I will never shop again there.
Desired outcome: acknowledgement that they did not disclose that the leather was painted..and explain anything about it..
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
