To whom it may concern,

Hello, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your gym on September 14th at approximately 3:56pm. As a valued member and frequent visitor to your establishment, it is disheartening to recount the events of that day.

While engaged in mid squat which was an exercise I was doing, I had the unfortunate experience of encountering one of your female trainers, who was attending to her client nearby. To my astonishment, the trainer proceeded to walk with her client towards my working space, proceeded to lift the weighted ropes inches from me, and began working out in the same confined space as me, thereby jeopardizing my safety and causing me to hurt and tweak my back. It is essential to note that this injury has persisted and is causing considerable discomfort and pain.

What aggravated me further was the complete lack of acknowledgment from the trainer until the moment the ropes came perilously close to hitting me. Despite attempting to concentrate on my workout routine, this disruption was not only inconsiderate but also potentially hazardous to both my well-being and that of others exercising nearby.

I am writing this formal complaint to emphasize the severity of the incident and to request swift action to address this matter appropriately. I trust that your gym holds its trainers to a high standard of professionalism and prioritizes the safety and comfort of its members. It is deeply disconcerting to witness such a blatant disregard for safety and these principles.

Should my concerns go unaddressed, I regret to inform you that I will be compelled to share this incident on all social media platforms. As a film director in close contact with news stations, I have a substantial network through which I can raise awareness about the unprofessional behavior displayed by your trainer. It is my intention to inform not only my friends and neighbors but also the broader community about this issue, in the hope that such incidents can be prevented in the future.

I sincerely hope that you can understand the urgency and gravity of this situation. As my safety was disregarded. I kindly request that you launch an immediate investigation into this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure that this incident does not happen to any other members of your gym. Additionally, I would appreciate a prompt response detailing the actions that will be taken so I may have confidence that my concerns are being adequately addressed.

I value the positive experiences I have had at your gym and the progress I have made towards achieving my fitness goals. However, if this matter remains unresolved, it will undermine the trust and confidence I have placed in your establishment.

Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue. I look forward to receiving your prompt response regarding the course of action taken to rectify this situation.
