They are so rude here, they have no customer service what so ever, they won't help you cancel and just take your money. The guy Matt I spoke to on the phone was rude and horrible towards me, I got off the phone feeling bad. He didn't answer any of my questions and made it look like I was not a customer. I have been paying without using the gym, after thinking my cancellation had gone through they was still charging me I had a membership for 12 months and couldn't wait till it was over! They don't respect paying customers happy to take your money but after that your nothing but a number. I would advise anyone not to join this gym.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
