I have never made a formal complaint, ever. But todays check out experience with this particular employee was shocking. I could not believe how very unprofessional she was. It was a very unpleasant brief experience. Rude, no eye contact, use a finger to point instead of talking, yelled NEXT! while tossing my bag at me, , before I even finished putting my card away, , , , , then she yells at me as I was exiting to come back, rudely asking me to run my card again. I was embarrassed and stunned.

Additionally, I did try to call the store to speak to the store manager on duty. The call was transferred, a girl says Hello? No introduction, No "How may I help you", I stated that I called to speak to the manager. She says that's me. I asked her name, , , she replay Ranita or something similar. I am pretty sure that couldn't have been a store manager!
