Last August 16 I bought five packages of salmon filet on Fresco y Mas(9:22 pm)
When I arrived to my home and try to storage the salmon on the freezer I realized two packages has different colors and I opened it and smell very bad the I decided to return this two packages to the store (10:16)
Two days later when my wife try to process the another's packages of salmon filet she realized that smell very bad and reviewed the another two and the same at this time she decide to trash on the container outside of my home the products
When she told me what happened I decided to going to the store some days later
Yesterday August 28 at 8:15 pm , with time and some patience and desire ( because for me is wasted my time) I went to the store and told with Mr. Miguel ( he introduce like Manager of the store butin the receipt is Johnny?) I explained all what happened and my concern that the store sold seafood in bad condition and like my case I have two daughter from 9 to 20 years old
First I felt that he did not care about the existence of bad products on the shelves.
Second I explained that the person who received my two packages of salmon filet (Penelope) on August 16 is in the store at this time and she remember me, but he decide do nothing
Third He explained me, he didnt do nothing without the products for polize of the company
Fourth I felt like a liar
Desired outcome: Refund and Explanation ( action to taken to avoid display products in poor condition with risk for the peoples) .
