I started my call at about "20 *of" 1:00 am in the morning. (12:40) exactly on the dot beleive it or not... I hit (0) zero and it told me to wait until a manager picks up and someone will be right with me to take my order with the automated voice recording, kept talking and talking, and talking to the point it actually 💯💯👌 a repeated is so 3 "I repeat_ times ‼❗❗❗and its stretch of a 12 minute spand.
To where by the 9th minute, I actually started watching the clock as every second and minute passed by until it actually hit the 12 minute mark on the clock on my phone.
So I hung up at 12:52 am in a verry unhappy dissatisfaction to the sky and actually tried to call again one last time, which made me feel by this time like I was a complete stupid idiot, 4, the reason I sat there for another 8 damn minutest. As I went to hit 0 I hit 0️⃣ (zero) again! As the automated voice message telling me to hold and someone will be with me once again shortly to take my order. I stayed on the phone until exactly 1 o'clock as I sat and watched each minute go by once again!?!?!?...
Not one, I repeat, not a single one team member picked up the phone to take my order in the whole entire 20 minute (exactly) to the point! Period, as I sat on the phone and just anxiously waiting.
By this time, it was exactly when 1 o' clock in the morning!
So I decided to call one last time to hope for the best. Think someone would answer that last moment?
And you want to know something someone did... Yep!
It must have been the manager or a random team member, and they picked up the phone and in the most rude and disrespectful way ive ever been spoken to by a restaurant"employee"staff member or"whoever it could have been!
So as appalled as I was at that last minute after sitting on the phone for 20 minutes, exactly, he decides to pick up the phone at 1:02 am in the morning and as fast and rude and nasty as she said it, he said, word for word, exactly exactly word for word, 🗣 dominos is closed, ok!?!? We're closed.💬aand the most appalling thing ever you didn't even manage to recommend even saying he was sorry, nor no explanation on weather if they were too busy or not. The most rude and nasty way, he answered the phone and said exactly that, and after 22 minutes of being on the phone, it started an argument back here at my personal home, getting into an argument with a friend and. Say as well as parents as I was the one to be blamed for not having a. Order placed. So that way, we can all eat. It made me very upset that I tended to be getting the end of a stick. Of the. Turn of the worst for me to end up being the bad guy, because I guess it seems from everyones other point of view on my side that I was the one sitting here wasting time on the phone, when the real reality of the aspect is no one decided to pick up for 22 minutes until the last minute, they were supposed to be closing that's when he decided to pick up. Made it a point to where they were closing at that moment without a sorry... I ccouldn't believe it at all!?! Absolutely 🅝🅞 kind of excuse whatsoever? So because of the attacks that I got from my side, from your employees doing whatever or slacking for 20 minutes, not to answer just so they could get home on time, so because of your employees not answering the phone I got. Belittled and attacked by my own friends and family!. I am absolutely absolutely never coming back to this domino's ever again!‼❗❗and I am completely making sure I have the recording on my phone and I can absolutly ssure you I will be posting it on facebook and wherever else I can post to show the media of my every last second from beginning to end of this call on whatever comments posti can put. Reddit facebook in ster gram anywhere, google plus. So I would like to thank you for the argument that it got me in to tonight with my people as I got yelled at the whole time, like as if it was my fault when your employees and have a care in the world to answer to the last minute just so they can get home without even a sympathy touch of an apology. I am completely overly, outrageously, abundantly angry... And last but not least, if this doesn't assure you that I am angry and telling the truth, give me a email or cell phone number, I can send you the recording of my call showing the times as well on my screen!❗📱‼❗‼
So I want to just say thanks to your management and rude crew at your pizza parlor. Because of them, keeping me on hold, not answering for 20 minutes and then waiting 2 minutes after to answer just to say those 3 words "especially" in the meanest cruelest crulest way ever!... I got nailed to the cross for 2 hours, so thank you for your 20 minutes of involuntary work and doing their job costed me 2 hours time and getting nailed to the cross by my friends and family... Making me feel like I was the idiot from start to end.
