Big Jeff uses belittling and degrading behaviors on a daily basis. He treats his employees like ill-mannered children and throws temper tantrums daily including throwing stacks of paper in the air and calling out employees in a group setting to embarrass them. He is intimidated by anyone with a brain and constantly throws how much he pays his staff in their faces as if they are all lucky to be thrown a bone rather than working for their paycheck. He is obnoxious, petty, and downright creepy. He has well over 60 cameras onsite and sits and watches every move everyone makes and listens in on their daily conversations. The employees take weekly shifts cleaning the bathrooms and offices, sweeping and blowing the parking lot, and spraying bug spray around the premises. It's rather shocking that they aren't forced to mow the grass. The facility lacks safety precautions, no fire extinguishers nor fire alarms anywhere on site, no steel toe boots required, and no drug tests needed, among other things. The place is a fatal accident waiting to happen. The warehouse is a disorganized mess with no real direction and no structure. Jeff has no clue how to maintain nor operate a business and lacks common decency and treats all other humans like trash who are unworthy of his time. He ignores his staff unless he's attacking them mentally and emotionally. Stear clear of this place for the sake of your sanity! He will degrade you until you've had enough and walk out. It seems to be his daily goal to push people to their mental breaking point. DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB AT THIS AWFUL PLACE!
