Love's Travel Stop

On March 27, 2020 me and my wife traveled from Port Orange Florida to the loves at 1657 US-1, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 To do a secret shoppers job that she was assigned. We went there, purchased items from the store, purchased food From Arby's and while she was in the store doing the job 2 employees (Michael Wisher and Alicia) came up to her very aggressively as she was doing something wrong and in a raised voiced asked what she was doing aggressively as if they were security guards walking up in a thief. She told them a secret shopper job. They said that she was not and then kicked her out of the store, escorted her out and said the manager told them to do it. There was no manager on duty we found out from a assistant manager in Arbys. It was embarrassing and rude and the job didn't get completed so that was $30 lost and we spent $50 there. With jobs closing because of COVD19, extra money helps. We drove all the way there, spent money and lost the payment for job for incompletion. We will also be emailing and calling corporate and Dan Melvin.
