Public Storage - Storage locker @ Granada Blvd Ormond Beach, FL

I have been renting multiple units at public storage for over a year. I was waiting on a larger unit to open up that would be large enough for the contents of at least a couple of my units. When one opened up I reserved it paid for it and couldn't move into it immediately but it's all within a few days. All of my units were paid up to date, I gave the facility a move out date and move my unit that left me with two units the new one and a large outside unit I had previously. I had hope to be out of the outside unit so I had stopped my automatic payments on that as well however I couldn't get moved out so I made the payment on that unit after telling the facility I still was trying to move out that month but probably not until mid month they also charged me a late fee which over the phone they were going to work with me on however I couldn't make it into the office so I went ahead and paid the $50 fee. A week later I tried to access my unit and it was over locked the office was closed at the time so I tried again a few days later it was still over locked again the office was closed so I waited a week or 10 days went back again and it was still over locked I was able to call the company and they told me that they had locked both of my units because I ordered on one of my previous units. My payments were set up an auto pay I was never late I paid them faithfully for over a year I moved from two units into one paying for the one unit prior to moving into it by several days I feel it should've been a ‘wash' to have been a few days late out of the other unit. I did say that I would pay for the few days they told me no I owed for the whole month. They also told me they were going to keep my units over locked until that $70 was paid. I had a problem with this so I called the corporate office the corporate office agreed with me and said my error was in doing a contactless rental and that I should've told them I wanted to transfer. Funny thing is I put in the notes that I was transferring from one unit to the other on both of the units I was moving out of so the facility was aware of this there is a procedure in place to handle those types of things and not charge for the full month however the facility will not abide by that and they have kept my two units which were paid in full and are paid in full, locked I cannot access them I cannot add anything to them I cannot get anything from them. During all of this my family was moving so we actually have much of the kids school supplies and clothes of vehicle and many household items that we are in need of within these units as well as many things that need to be added to the unit to be in storage. But we can do none of it even though the units are paid in full. I have been hung up on by the facility. I have been told that I need to speak to the district manager which is the person that mandated that my units be overlooked. I have called the district manager and not received a phone call back I've done this multiple times I've been contacted the facility again and was told by at a different locations manager that it was the regional manager that told the district manager to overlook my units. No one will give me the regional managers phone number if I call and ask the facility hangs up on me if I disagree with them if I tell them at the corporate office says, They disagree and hang up on me this is been going on for a month. This is absolutely ridiculous I am still a customer of this facility and of public storage and they are treating me as though I am a criminal they are keeping two units which I pay over $450 a month for it combined locked away from me over a $70 bill. If I look at my account online I don't have anything to do I have nothing that tells me that I owe $70 on that unit except the facility and because it's been long enough they've had a late fee. Now it's over $100.
