As a loyal customer for the past 20 years, I have always valued the relationship I've built with your dealership. Unfortunately, my recent visit has left me extremely dissatisfied. The service advisor, whose name is not worth mentioning, provided me with what I can only describe as the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for a customer of my tenure was truly disheartening.
I believe it is essential for you to be aware of the specific issues I encountered during this visit, as they reflect poorly on the reputation of Dodger Pembroke Pines. To Whom it may concern:
I am writing to express the poor service I received when I called your customer service line.
After being put on hold for over 15 minutes for ten times I called the dealer.
I had to call your corporate office for the service manger to call me. Josh said he would call me back when there was a rent a car available.
Today make a week I spoke with the service manager josh and i have not heard back from him. I have not resolved anything with the service dept.
This is very poor service and communication.
