I bought a set of home theater reclining furniture a few months ago, at first it seemed comfortable but now after a few months I notice that I am sinking into the seat as if there was not enough support and the lower back area is not offering enough support either. I find myself pulling myself up to not feel like I'm deeply sinking into the seat but it does not help. I'm having to place a pillow behind my lower back for support as well. I would like to have a replacement for a better quality set of furniture that can be worth the money I paid for this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Received power recliner without and power supply or paperwork. A power recliner with out power is just a big rock. I can't get anyone to tell me when I can get a new cord or the paperwork that comes with it. You I am told are my last resort and I won't get an anwser from you for at least 5 days per your people. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen,
