After having our old mattress for about nine years we decided it was time to buy a new one. Not having a problem with Ashley before we didn't think twice about going there to look. We found one and we were happy.
Flash forward two month after buying the mattress, we have bed bugs. We've been in our house for five years, havne't had a single issue, we buy a new mattress and suddenly we have bed bugs. I called the store, they had customer care call us only to say " Our mattresses are wrapped, we don't cover bed bugs." Bed bugs can eat through plastic. Wrapped or not. I simply want a refund for the mattress and the one hundred dollar cover we purchased
