I'm a Desert Storm Disabled Veteran on a Fixed Income and I bought a Mattress 2 weeks ago, the salesman told me that this is a very good Hybrid mattress so I bought it, we asked about returning the mattress if it's wasn't comfortable the salesman said yes that it will cost $99 to come pick it up, we ask why and he said speak to his manager. The manager confirmed when the salesman said but added that before 30 days there will not be a charge to pick up the mattress but after that the $99 will be charged. We said ok and bought the mattress, 1 week later my back is in pain every morning, 1 week and 2 days we contacted RTG and they said there are no returns on mattresses.
This is shady, the salesman and manager said what they had to say to make a sale which apparently is a lie and you guys don't want to take your product back. I have a product through deception from your company. Never knew how much of a bad reputation you guys had until this incident.
Desired outcome: Refund or at least Store Credit
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
