This letter is regarding the accident dated May 1, 2012 at 19500 Peachland Blvd, Port Charlotte, Fl.

I would like to tell you that your company has created a significant problem for us. This MG was my daily driver for economizing gas versus using my diesel pickup, which is very expensive to operate.
I cannot use the car because it is low on oil and needs an oil change and I cannot get the hood open.
The money that I was going to save on gas, was to be used to take my 7 year old son on our annual father and son trip to Georgia.
Because of corporate greed and foot dragging, ultimately you will pay the bill, I am out $1400.00. the estimate for repairs is $1700.00. I spend 40-50 dollars a day in diesel.
It has be 45 days since the accident, this is unacceptable and there is no resolution in sight. We were going to take this car on the trip and now it won't be fixed in time. My son was very excited to take the trip in an antique car. The money I was SUPPOSED to be saving was to pay for this trip. And now I may not be able to afford it due to your greed and foot dragging. Additionally, I may have to take you to small claims court for the additional fuel expenses.
We will be prepared to have all information available to the judge. This could have been resolved in one week. Your corporations actions are appalling and are not good advertising for your company. We will everyone of your insurance brokers, the local newspapers, social media and the better business bureau.
The 7 or 8 thousand you cost me will inevitably cost you millions of dollars in business. Just think back to Bank of America's 5 dollar debit card fee and how a waitress campaigned to stop it and did.
What do you think people will think about a big corporation canceling a father/son trip because they would not pay on a small claim and we were trying to be reasonable?
We want this resolved by 4pm Monday June 11, 2012 and our diesel fuel reimbursement plus the reimbursement of the fuel for the repair of the car. Or will name personally all employees involved and your work numbers so that the public can express their opinions too.
If our car is not ready, we will need a rental car for our trip...my son will still be very disappointed. So far you have spent 1500 dollars and counting...
