Unacceptable amount of time without a vehicle, been in the shop for almost 5 months
My car has been in the shop for almost 5 months. I only got 2 months of rental car coverage so had to quit my job. The damage on my car does not warrant the amount of time it takes to fix and or go without a vehicle. I’m beyond frustrated. They keep telling me my car is almost ready but this has been going on for weeks. I still don’t have my vehicle and I don’t think i’m being impatient or irrational. I think 5 months is unreasonable amount of time to go without a vehicle. My lease is almost up on my car and I just want my car back fixed or not. Please help me

This company not paying for the damages caused to my vehicle while I been paying my insurance on time every month.
I made a report and this company would not fix my front bumper due to having another person hitting my parked car. This person has Kemper I have infinity and after all the evidence they denied fixing my bumper when they said the other driver was negligence and was responsible for the damages then all of a sudden they didn't want to pay for the fixing of my bumper. Then my insurance said they would fix it because I have that in my insurance that would cover it and then a week later they said the same thing. Sandra calls me being super rude and saying we won't pay for any damages. First of all that's why I pay month to month my insurance on time so I don't understand why infinity won't do its job instead of just stealing all customers there money. Don't tell me is to far away to see because you can clearly see how he goes reverse and hits my front bumper and see how his truck even shakes of him hitting it, so please stop making up excuses and do your job.
Desired outcome: I want Kemper and Infinity make this other driver pay for the damages that he caused to my vehicle and get my car fixed like they should. Is super unfair that they don't make him pay for the damage he caused.
Hold on the phone
For the most part there is great service, however when I am on the phone and placed on hold the wait times can be extremely time consuming and there is no update on how long it will take. I wish there was a way to be on hold without having to be on the phone. Like other companies will give you a callback without having to be actively on hold. While on hold I've also been hung up on several times randomly and had to start the wait time process over again.
Desired outcome: A faster more efficient way to be on the phone.

Chevy tahoe insurance claim repairs
My vehicle was dropped off at Ben Clymers in Yucaipa, CA on December 1, 2022. My repairs were completed on 12/23/22. I did not get a rental because that was a hassle with Infinity to start. I have been without my vehicle for almost a month which is unacceptable. Especially considering my car repairs were completed over a week ago. My adjuster Valerie whom I have called at least 15 times has not returned any of my calls and the payment to body shop was paid incorrectly. They will not give me my vehicle until they receive the correct payment which was approved prior to work being done. I have spent approximately 3 days on the phone for hours trying to get my vehicle payment made correctly by infinity. Currently I am sitting at the body shop and have been here for over 2 hours on hold with infinity. Transferred to people not answering and no one has returned my calls or Ben Clymers. The final payment due is 1147.75 of which infinity sent 76.00. I have never been so frustrated or had such a problem dealing with anything. All my insurance payments are made on time always. This is unacceptable as I have not been able to work without my vehicle. Today alone I have spent 6 hours on the phone calling infinity so I can pick up my vehicle. Again my vehicle has been ready for pick up since 12/23/22. Have someone contact me at [protected].

My name is Jonathan, On April 8 2022, I was on the road and the vehicle in front of me ran over and sent a shredded tire into my bumper, causing damage to the from bumper side passenger door and rear bumper. The damage was minor besides having to replace an air duct on the front bumper. I took my car to Rosedale Collision Center where they did not do a good job at returning my car to pre-accident condition. My car now has two different shades of white with paint drip from the job. My taillight was also damaged during the repair. Now I have been trying to figure out how to get my car fixed. On occasion I speak to my adjuster Tyreisha Bobby, however I have not been able to speak to Cynthia Sweatkeatton her supervisor. Communication isn’t good, I call everyday. Claim#[protected]

Recently my husband and I were victims of identity fraud. A month ago Infinity/Kemper automotive insurance mailed us a postcard stating there was a"data dump" on two occasions at their company. Due to this issue customers social security numbers, medical information, birth dates, etc. had been leaked. Well although we were somewhat relieved no further unauthorized incidents with our finances were expected; I was mad as hell that we notified BY POSTCARD after our accounts had been drained and our medical information given to countless companies. They don't accept responsibility, will not apologize and now we're in a class action lawsuit. This company was AWFUL when we were customers and even more awful after we cut bait. I'd like to see them close shop so more Americans aren't treated like dirt while giving them their hard earned money.
Desired outcome: An apology from the company. Full entitled settlement for both my husband and myself.

I hate this insurance! I've had it for 4 months I never miss a bill sometimes I pay early I call them to inform them that my dealership was having issues verifying me they stated they fixed the issue and not to worry I got pulled over and license plate and license was wrongfully taken because when the state called to verify me infinity insurance told them I had no insurance because one of THEIR employees put my vin number in wrong and when I ask what could be done because it was their mistake they informed me they are sorry but can't do anything about my tag being taken because they didn't verify me I'm so upset I don't have money for a new tag and it was the INSURANCE FAULT! Hello. I have a claim [protected]. This representative ( Elissa Catlyn, supervisor Devyn Jones) without even calling me, decided to pay me 10% less of the, already low, estimate. I have been calling her and sending emails but I can't contact her.
The person with infinity insurance was the one that caused the accident.
The letter I received stays that I failed to avoid the collision, I was on a red light with cars around me, and also it was extremely fast because your client pass a red light at high speed. So even if I could avoid it (I couldn't because was too fast) I would hit another car involving another vehicle to the accident.
You are offering to pay me an estimate based on pictures and not offering depreciation of the vehicle or rental car. I work with my car as delivery driver and I will not work when the car is in repair.
I won't accept to pay for a rental with my money and then ask for a reimbursement. It's been weeks since the accident and I have no received anything except for this check of 10% less than the lowball estimate.
Is pretty much impossible to reach any of the representatives associated with my claim. I have called several times in different hours and it goes straight to the voicemail.

Roadside recovery
On October 25th I called to request service for a flat bed for my Audi A6 because my power steering went out, the provider that took the request @9:30am was auto elite was told a driver would be there around 11:27 due to delays they show up almost 1pm with the wrong truck I called back to roadside to find out what happened the company never looked at the actual service order and just sent what they had I was informed they was going to work with the tow company to fix what happened and call me back after waiting another 1 1/2 I called the tow truck company back and they couldn't fulfill my request and they had canceled the pick up call and that my insurance company would call me from 1pm yesterday up until now no one never called me back no showed up I called this morning back to road side to see who dropped the ball and no it seems no one can see the order nor can find me in the system by my phone number that I had been receiving text messages on. This is not the way to conduct business and no one cared enough to ensure my request was fulfilled I spend $175 a month paying my auto insurance that let me down and had to turn around to spend $220 to get triple a this made no since

For starters Lerato mofokeng and Zelhna Wasserman are not helpful at all. They do not assist when emails are sent to them on progress of my claim. The only person who was assisting me was Brandon Olinger. I got a car hire in place made me wait for 2 weeks before they can register the policy I had to use Uber to work and Uber for my son at school. The damaged car was in my possession for almost 3 weeks as per their nominated panelshop had no space to do the repairs car hire was given for 16 days and they never authorized the workman ship so car hire was finished had to sort my self out again with Uber for work and school. This is not acceptable being a sincere client and premium paid full even during covid time. My premium is deducted every month with out fail and when there's a problem I must hassle around if that was the case I would have never had taken the insurance policy from INFFINITY insurance our company Imperial holdings suggested we use INFFINITY insurance. I brought it to our HR attention and we about 459 INFFINITY insurance clients are canceling our policy going forward we will be using Alexander Forbes insurance Lerato Mokteng and Zelhna Wasserman think they doing us favors if we as clients do not pay our premium they wouldn't have a job. PIP Adjustors not returning calls
I work for Medical Provider and your PIP adjustors / supervisors / managers don't response to message left over and over again. Even when your customer service team member reach out to them they never pick up the phone either are they can't get a hold of them. Same thing with your Vendor Auto inquiry solutions customer service team @ [protected] can't get a hold of the adjustors either and they are not allowed to stay on after 15 minutes and once again your PIP adjustor don't like to pick up the phone and they don't return voice mail. No curtesy display by your PIP adjustors and managers is so unprofessional. I'm sure your insured also are encountering this same problems as Board Members Infinity you all should be aware of this and hopefully you all will take care of it.
As for me I personally wouldn't refer Infinity Auto to any family members and friends.

My vehicle was involved in an accident the Uber driver ramped into me shooting a red robot. The incident happened 19 June 2021 I contacted infinity insurance forwarded all the required documents. Brandon zelhna and lerato can not give me a feed back when my vehicle is going in for repair. They nominated Highway autobody shop in Durban but up till today I sent numerous mails to them but got no response. Is THIS THE WAY INFFINITY INSURANCE COMPANY operates. My premiums comes off every single month with out fail for my cover and car hire.
It's disgusting how we as clients are treated. I think I should put this on social media what you get once you join INFFINITY insurance.
3 weeks to sort a claim when an accident was caused when the vehicle was stationary. I am careless I took out car hire due to accident or vehicle bring repaired.

3 weeks gone no feed back from Lerato and zelhna from iffinity insurance in Jhb. All the documents that they require was submitted. I have car hire due to accidents I will still be mobile but it's gone 3 weeks I am using Uber to go to work who is going to compansate me. But yet my premium is coming off every month with car hire on the 1st of each month. INFFINITY Insurance is there to rip of loyal customers and the service the promise is hoax. I would put it on social media about INFFINITY insurance and how they rip clients off.
Auto insurance lack of payoff of total loss for over 2 months
My daughter was in a accident November 20 2020 there was no injuries or other vehicle involved, no property damage. I have GAP insurance, so there should not be any further issues with infinity providing full payment of the loan after the vehicle was considered totaled when reviewed by the adjuster from Infinity/Kemper insurance about two weeks later. As of today, 1/26/21, I have yet to speak to the the Total claims adjuster, her supervisor, manager or anyone else for that matter; all except Nicholas who is the original basic adjuster that started the claim and who has been THE only help I have received. In the meantime the lender, Global lending services as yet to hear from Infinity/Kemper as well. My credit is being affected by their lack of concern & urgency to do their job! I am dropping INFINITY INSURANCE & do not recommend them to anyone. The Total loss adjuster is Sharika Robinson and her Mang/Sups lacks job performance & diligence. I need this resolved and I have contacted my lawyer / attorney.
Desired outcome: Restitution, compensation and the close of the claim that will pay off the loan. Also the reimbursement of my rental car that I have been renting this whole time.

I was hit by one of Y'all's Drivers (insured by y'all) at a super market she took responsibility and all messed up my whole front bumper everything came off gave off her insurance to fix it, I called y'all to start a claim for my number and all some adjustor went to the body shop where we left and gave us the estimate of how much it'll cost and now all we have to do is wait on Elissa Capeling to confirm and send payment of estimate to start and get me back on the road problem is it's been 2 weeks since that and we've been calling nonstop leaving voicemails and nothing not a call back from her of her supervisor and I need my car back fixed and everything I have a job to go to and stuff to do so can you please do something about this and it's not just me with this issue the more I read about this the more my situation is relevant to others with Y'all's Agents or whatever not responding quick that it takes weeks maybe months to get a respond back so please fix it

Hi my name is dannielle my son and daughter were hit by one of your insured drivers (edelman molina) claim # [protected] right after the accident we just could not get a hold of the agent that took my sons recorded report until after a month, I know your employees are very well trained agents that know exactly when to call us what to say and how to intimidate. That's what your agent did to my son, he said he had to give him a recorded statement by law or it'll be his word against my son, then when I finally spoke to zackary davis myself he made my daughters injuries a joke. Let me make it simple for you and put yourself in my shoes; your insured driver hits my son and daughter it's my son's first incident and my daughter's as well naturally he doesn't know what to do, immediately your agent calls and calls basically harassing my son to give him a statement so he does. By then I am requesting a rental and i'm told no and no and no i'm also requesting zack call me cuz I cannot get a hold of him, finally a month after zack not only make fun of my daughter but offers me a couple hundred dollars to settle. Now, i'm stuck with a rental that I have been paying for when you should pay for my rental and pay for a new car and pay my son and daughter compensation. P.S. Dont forget I have two years to file and my daughter can sue you when she turns eighteen.

My wife was involved in a minor accident with a customer of Infinity Insurance Company - Claim # [protected] on 1/19/20. Their customer was at full fault. We immediately contacted Infinity Auto Insurance to open a claim - claim was opened and everything stopped. Not getting responses, on hold for 20-30 min at a time. Nobody has answers on how to move this forward. Any other insurance Co would have had the car in a body shop by now!
