My husband and I went into Taco Bell on Friday, May 22, 2020 to place an order. After our order was placed, an employee had an order ready. Another employee stated that the people had walked outside. The employee threw the order down on the counter and said, well then let it get cold.
My husband then asked for the manager because there were several customers that heard this employees bad attitude. The manager had actually taken our order, so had heard the employee. She told us that he did not have a bad attitude.
Then, when we got our meal, all the employees said sarcastically to have a good day. The one with the attitude came around the counter and said again to have a nice day. My husband said that his day had already been ruined.
The manager told us to leave or she was going to call the police.
I said that I was going to report her. She said "To Who?" I said, online.
She said, it will not do you any good.
We also had an issue previously with getting sauce at this location. They give one sauce per item and when ask for more, give one extra.
My husband and I are both senior citizens, my husband is 84, and this was a horrible experience. We will not be back to this Taco Bell.
We have been going here for 8 years and never had a problem before.
The manager and employee did not have masks on. Some of the employees did. Sorry, I did not get the manager's name but we were there around 7PM.
She was a young, petite female.
