Me and my partner came in there about a year and a half ago looking to get work done on out mouths. It has been a nightmare since I walked through the door. The trauma from this place is insane. Not only did they mess up my work and left pieces of teeth in my gums that my denture cracked, my gf had her denture for 4 weeks before it broke and had to be resent out for two weeks. My poor gf walked around for 2 weeks without her front teeth. We actually had to take a vacation out in the mountains because she was so self conscious she wasn’t going to go to work like that. So when I went to get my teeth originally removed the dentist was so insensitive to my needs. For one I am medically on medical marijuana. It’s none of her business but medically I need it so she treated me like complete crap because I told her I smoked before that surgery to calm me down and so I didn’t take a seizure well, she tried telling me that it was gonna mess up, the anesthesia that I was going to feel the pain and she was not nice to me at all. Some people don’t smoke marijuana just to get high to me. It’s a medication in a better one than pills so anyway heartless, she was ripping my teeth out, I was having a panic attack because I had the gas mask over me And my anxiety I was having a hard time breathing, but I told her that and she basically told me that if I didn’t stop, she wasn’t gonna be able to finish. So somehow I managed to get through that well when everything was said and done the temporaries were so big they just fell right out of my mouth Heartbroken I cried to this lady I said I can’t go to work like this. She said well everyone’s doesn’t fit at first but it didn’t fit at all and I couldn’t use the glue for two weeks. I was sobbing they let me leave there sobbing, so rewind two weeks prior when they did my molding for my temporaries, they were shoving these plates in my mouth that did not fit. I have a very small mouth. I continue to tell these people that it was too tight and it didn’t fit and I wasn’t gonna be able to talk well they sent my partial anyway, instead of ordering the proper plate that fit my mouth. So now a year and a half later I still have my temporaries in my mouth that are cracking. My permanent is still a mess. They never fixed it yet every single time I have an appointment they reschedule me then they schedule me for times I tell them I’m pretty much not gonna make it. They tell me call if I can’t make it so today I call and they told me that the owner because that’s the only one I want working with me at this Point is booked up all of August and can’t see me till September so I have a cracked partial and can’t be seen unless I see these dentists that are ready mess me up I don’t know what to do. I have spent hundreds of dollars on gasoline back-and-forth to these appointments, I have spent countless hundreds of dollars on dental insurance so I can make these appointments. I spent thousands of dollars on the work itself and have to work wasn’t done. I still have pieces of teeth in my mouth. I have asked them for a refund or at least a refund of some of the stuff that wasn’t done that I deserve back all they’re trying to do is now rip the teeth bag out after I already been through this once. Because they don’t want to pay me but it’s my money because the work was not done. It was confirmed that there’s a route still in my mouth and all I want is my denture fix the proper way and I want a refund for the teeth they were never removed because I don’t want these dentist touching me again, I don’t think I’m asking for anything that can be done. I think I deserve whatever I’m asking for after this company has [censored]ed me royally! If something isn’t done soon I will be non stop complaints and will not stop till I’m satisfied and I’m one of those! So don’t mess with me yallbmessed with me enough!
