Fifth Third Bank / 53.com - Service

I called the customer service phone number of back of my card, [protected], had to wait minutes before I could speak to a totally incompetent Angela (doubt that even is his name), who was basically asking questions, till I asked his manager who was not better and transferred me to dispute, where the time to wait was long, stated the friendly computer...

I was about 15min on the phone, this is not how you want to be treated nor treat a customer with a complaint
The wonderful result is that I am still not helped, shameful

Has someone from corporate call me, and I promise he will not have to wait over 15 min to even have no help...

Apple is taking out $14.99/m and I tried to reach them, they are almost as bad as 53, again, with no help.

Therefore, I want to cancel my Cc on my wife Catherine ending with 3231, and if not helped, will cancel more till nothing is left of the several accounts with 53...

Sincerely disappointed
