I happened to buy a new vehicle and the loan went through fifth third bank. While trying to set up account through their app nothing but problems. Had to drive almost 50 miles away to the closest branch and they couldn't figure it out. Try to call the branch in Richmond Kentucky you get no answer. If you want to talk to someone you have to report a stolen credit card which will let you talk to a person in Malaysia that you can't understand and they will put you to a person in the United States who will then put you in touch with the Richmond branch. So I went to pay off the loan today only one person at the counter to help people stood in line for over 20 minutes just to get help paying off the loan so I never have to miss with this bank again in my life. Sorry it's customer service I have ever seen it's worse than Walmart.
Recommendation: I bank with US Bank and have for years and years and years never had any problems like the ones above from Fifth Third Bank. My recommendation never bank with the third you will regret it
